I ordered a multi vape and flavors for personal use. I expected to have them last week. Tried their black message bubble and it was a redirect to a phone call. I have no clue if this place is legit because reviews and buisness looked like it was. Not sure if i got riped off by china again or not.

I placed an order, and only received 2 items I had originally ordered but was charged for all the items. I placed a request for contact on their website and told them that the pods they sent me were not what they showed on their page and that I specifically wanted the side fill pods. They told me they don't have them and I've sent about 7 follow up emails with Courtney in "customer service" and have heard Nothing back, almost like they took my money and ran!

Decent prices but they pull the Ebay trick and print a label the day after you order, take their time getting it to the post office and then it just looks like usps sucks not them.

First time was great. Now the 2nd time. I paid for faster shipping. It has now been over 10 days since I ordered. And all they want to say is that it is on the way. I have updates....and it hasn't left from where they dropped off. They refuse to resend what I purchased. And refuse to refund me my money. They just keep making excuses. It's on the way. They refuse to reimburse me for the shipping. Or anything. Worst experience ever. And just to say....my daughter ordered from shien at the same time. And that arrived already. Myvpro is in Illinois and I'm in wisconsin. It shouldn't take this long. Still don't have my package or my money

I've made about five orders with them, multiple different liquids and pods each time. Every order has been correct and usually arrives before the estimated arrival. I've tried 3 or 4 other places online that all had weird complications or annoyances, but I've had none of that here. They even have responsive customer service. This is the best online vape store in my opinion.

This is my first review ever but I feel it’s necessary to warn other customers before hand. This was my first and last time I will ever do business with this company. This was my experience tried placing an order online website has some kind of bug where you need to refresh the page first to actually check out I had to call them to get this instruction. Not a big deal I placed my order paid extra for faster shipping I immediately received a email saying a shipping label was created with a tracking number I wait 5 business days with zero update call the company again Againto ask about my order got a line the UPS must have lost the package and they will cancel and ship the item again. Received my package in a few days after that the item I ordered was a candy vape AIO v2 kit and two 1860 batteries after shipping and a few other fees it came out to $106. The Mod I received has a factory defect it randomly just fires until it times out and the only way to stop it is to pull the battery. I called myVPro to tell them about the issue and get a refund or a replacement or something was told I needed to call Vandy vape customer service to resolve the issue even though there website claims they have a 30 day return policy. So okay I try and go to Vandy vapes website to get the warranty contact info and the website is completely shutdown I call back to myVPro and they say they are worried that Vandy vape might have closed up shop but would offer a store credit or another device I say okay and ask about another device they carry he says to hold two minutes he will check the back to see if they have it. I’m on hold for a few minutes and the phone just hangs up I call back he says hello I say hey this is my name and the phone disconnects again this happened like five time so I’m guessing he just keeps hanging up on me. So this is my experience with myVPro just be warned. I normally use element vape I have used them for years without issue but they were out of stock and myVPro had it in stock. I guess I should have just waited.

I ordered April 23rd 2024 at 11pm through the Sezzle app. my order consisted of 1 dry herb day pipe 2 on clearance vape pod kits 1 geek vape and 1 vaporesso and 1 bottle of nicsalt ejuice. on April 25th at 11am I received my order so exactly 36hrs later it was at my door and was exactly what I ordered. the 2 vape kits cost me $10.00 total and were the vapes, 2 coils, charging cables, warranty cards, and still in wrapped up package. I can't see how the experience could get better. on sale prices, no crazy high tax, 36hr delivery time. I'll be a repeat customer for a long time to come. thanks

I still feel that the order was delivered in a very fast manner. the order was correct. however my wife ordered a dry herb pipe that was in the electronic dry herb selection of pipes and turned out not to be. so I started a return which was a confusing and crap experience to start with. the reply emails from some woman were short and rude. they provided a shipping label, received the return, then 2 days later after no email to confirm they received it I sent an email to them. finally I received a reply that the return was received and refund was to be initiated minus the shipping cost. so for a $39 pipe that wasn't used and returned in its original packaging I was refunded $24. shady

Hands down best customer service. Had a minor but significant issue with the mod I recieved. I called, and they had a replacement shipped out that same day!

My order was carefully packaged and arrived in a very timely manner. Pretty good deals on devices and a wide selection.

Three pack for a good price. :) Shipping from the company said it would be quick but the shipping company delayed it by a week. I don't blame the company though.

Ordering and shipping were fine but when the screws stripped (making the it unusable) on the aio rba I ordered and I got in contact with customer service about it, they just said to contact the manufacturer with no attempt to help further. Also I requested a refund a week ago and have heard nothing back.

They had just gotten back to me because something I ordered is on back order but they immediately got to me and handled The situation ask me what I want in place of the other item was amazing to deal with very easy to deal with.
