Hands down best customer service. Had a minor but significant issue with the mod I recieved. I called, and they had a replacement shipped out that same day!

My order was carefully packaged and arrived in a very timely manner. Pretty good deals on devices and a wide selection.

Three pack for a good price. :) Shipping from the company said it would be quick but the shipping company delayed it by a week. I don't blame the company though.

Ordering and shipping were fine but when the screws stripped (making the it unusable) on the aio rba I ordered and I got in contact with customer service about it, they just said to contact the manufacturer with no attempt to help further. Also I requested a refund a week ago and have heard nothing back.

They had just gotten back to me because something I ordered is on back order but they immediately got to me and handled The situation ask me what I want in place of the other item was amazing to deal with very easy to deal with. Their shipping needs a lot of improvements. Be prepared to wait like 2 weeks, took them almost one week just to ship my order out. I order from California other side of the country and i get my orders 4-5 days

We placed an order online, and had a problem with a typo. contacted the company, and the issue was resolved quickly. Then when received the order, found that we were a bit short. Again - contacted the company and the issue was resolved quickly. Good service.

Tons of options of juices and fairly cheap to. They have a lot of my favorite juices that most online shops don't even carry. Shipping was fast to. I have shopped with myvpro many times before they shut down without any issue and now that they are back still no issues!
