I called last week about renewal of my insurance. I asked if I could renew for two years. I was told I could. I was told I could do it on the website. It took me five days to find the correct webpage to renew not for one year but two.

12yrs with Nacams - never again!
Well I went to renew this insurance I’ve had for 12yrs only to find out that they raised the price and ALSO put a $5 processing fee in place! When I questioned it I was told everyone has to pay it and also a manager will call me back but that never happened! I went with another company which is giving me better service and NO processing fee! I understand a rate increase but NOT a processing fee! It is disgraceful!
