Nakeddog Reviews

I wanted to leave a review for Ella who dealt with my email query today, she was very efficient in resolving my subscription query that I had made an error with, great customer service plus the product is fantastic , our 11 month Staffy is loving meal times and is looking lean with a beautiful shiny coat.

We tried Naked Dog for the first time recently and have been really impressed. Both of our dogs absolutely loved it! The quality is excellent and we also really like the way the food comes in two individual tubs rather than one larger pack, it makes storing and serving it really easy. Our communication with Ella has also been lovely. She’s been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Really pleased with it so far and we’ll absolutely be trying more of the recipes. Highly recommend 🐾

I requested my order early last month and received it within 48 hours.
Very well packaged and is more economical than other raw food we’ve tried.

Good website and easy to order. Delivery on time.

Great product with lots of variety to choose from, our two frenchies love it❤️ when making contact with the company via email they were very quick to respond when I asked a question regarding the product too.
Delivery process was very efficient and on time.

Great quality food, Maggie loves it and looks so good. She can be a very fussy collie and finding this raw food is a game changer. Had some delivery issues with our second order which were sorted out by the team. Thanks again.

Responsive and effective customer service, any issues dealt with promptly.

Harry loves his raw food, the quality is spot on.

NAKED DOG please consider a different delivery partner, DPD letting the side down

Great food Great service
I have been ordering Naked dog for a while and it suits my 2Westies who have different requirements.
Recently had an uncharacteristic problem with a delivery over bank holiday weekend. I think the issue was with the delivery company. Spoke to customer help on the phone - a novel experience these days! They had my food delivered in less than 24 hours ! 2 very happy Westies !! Thanks Naked dog

I am happy with the product and I like there are so many different varieties. People comment on how healthy they look. And how shiny their coats are.
The delivery is good and comes before I run out.
I would give 5 stars except I am conscience of how many plastic boxes are being produced even if they are recyclable.
Would it be possible for them to be returned to you and then you reuse them. It may be expensive but we have to try and reduce the amount of plastics that are being produced.

I had an problem with my delivery. I contacted Naked Dog Food to advise them of my issue. It was dealt with in a professional manner and the issue was resolved efficiently by Ella. Not only does my puppy love this food, their customer service is excellent.
Highly recommend

Naked Dog have been supplying my two ridgebacks and one terrier with raw food for over two years now. They are so reliable and efficient and my dogs do very well (and really love) their food. I can’t fault them.

My dod eats every

Easy to order, you know when it's to be delivered, plenty of choice and value for money.

Great picking delivery day, the food is really good not wet like some can be, comes in good containers too...my girl is really enjoying it.. thank you..

Lola loves her salmon and trout cold pressed food, I even use it as her training treat.
Subscription is easy to use and flexible if you need a little more or a little less.

I wanted to leave a review for Ella who took my call today regarding my raw dog subscription. Ella was very courteous fully researched my proposed change to my raw food subscription and called me back with 4 costed option alternatives. Ella worked within my budget and came up with a superb proposal. Whilst Ella was governed by the price list and subscription discounts her tone, manner and communication skills were excellent and a credit to Naked Dog food. Excellent service. Thank you Ella. Your help is very much appreciated best Andy & Bracken
