Food is excellent quality and good value for money. Even better we can do a subscription service which is a bit cheaper and is very reliable. We have been using it for almost a year now and would recommend to anyone with a dog on a raw diet.

All three of mine love the food , straight away that’s the most important thing! Food arrives on time and is well packaged to go into the freezer with no issues.

The customer service I received from Nakeddog was truly outstanding. I had about a million questions, and Ben was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and VERY patient with me! My whippet girl Flicka has now been on Nakeddog for about 2 weeks - and she absolutely LOVES it. She was slightly wary on day one of the new food in her bowl, but by supper time she was all over it!! She had been on a hypoallergenic diet for about 3 years, due to some skin allergies. However these allergies were proven not to be connected with animal protein, and I wanted her to have a purer diet. I will probably move her housemate, Fiddle (whippet puppy) onto Nakeddog in due course. Thank you Ben, and thank you Nakeddog!

My dogs love Naked Dog, lots of variety. They love the kangaroo and venison..must taste great.

Great quality food, but my main reason for buying from them is my dog has pancreatitis so she need low fat (less than 10%) and they have many different flavours that support this.

Dog loves this food, always delivered on time

Prices have increased recently and with no statement from the company on why. Also when they run promotions or free gifts these are only for new customers and us long standing monthly subscribers get nothing. I would like to see them actively looking after their existing customer base with offers, reward system and keep them updated with changes to ingredients and prices. While I'm happy with the food and will continue to use them for now I am looking for replacement company that has the same quality of meat but cares about their existing customers, that are the core of their profits.
