Naked solar need to review their very high call out charge, but their service is good.

Absolutely brilliant! We cannot recommend this company highly enough! Throughout our whole experience, from initial enquiries to installation, we received first class customer service. Nothing was too much trouble; questions were answered with enthusiasm and a high level of product knowledge. Their commitment to positive environmental impact, coupled with the provision of excellent products and service, was exceptional. The installation team were amazing and took great care to make sure that the job was done perfectly and were a pleasure to have in our home. Above all, it was so refreshing to work with a team of people who clearly love their job, the company that they work for and care about the product they are selling - what a great team! Had a couple of quotes & decided to use Naked Solar , liked everything about them from Dominik the sales guy to the choice that they gave me . There quality of work has bee outstanding and there staff are a pleasure to deal with . I liked the quote , I could see everything that I was being charged for , work was completed ahead of time and I couldn't be happier

Last year, Naked Solar installed solar panels and I've been delighted with the result. Wish I'd got them years ago. This year I decided to get a battery to go with them. I liked the idea of having one which would still provide energy during power cuts and ended up going for a Tesla Powerwall 3.

As before, all my communications with the Jake Phillips and the rest of the company were great, giving me all the information I needed with no hard sell. On the installation days, the two electricians, Neil and Charlie, were friendly and professional, checking with me throughout and explaining everything carefully at the end.

To be honest, I didn't even bother getting other quotes for the battery. I completely trust Naked Solar to do an excellent job and also to be there in the future if there are any issues.

Having decided to update to battery storage with my solar panels, I obtained several quotes from different companies, both local to me and national. Naked Solar although not the cheapest ,came across as professional and honest. I followed recommendations and decided on the Tesla Powerwall 3. From the start of my dealings with the company, every query I had was answered promptly.
My point of contact was Solar consultant, Jack Neale who could not have been more helpful.
The system was installed by Dave Isaac and Josh. The quality of the installation is outstanding!
As stated, you can find cheaper companies but you get what you pay for. I do not believe you could receive any better service than Naked Solar.

I'm very happy with the installation of solar panels on my house. Everything went smoothly from phone calls to the installation itself, with everything happening on time. I was impressed with the advice about safety and where to site the battery and inverter and am very pleased with the performance now the system is up and running. The installers Martin, Neil, Sarah and Max were friendly and helpful and did a neat and efficient job. I would definitely recommend Naked Solar.

They are an excellent company to work with. Their forecasts give a good accuracy when trying to assess the pay-back period for your investment and they will work with you until you are satisfied. Their installation costs are comparable with costs from other quality like-minded companies and they will not rest until you are satisfied with the installation and its all up and running perfectly.

Beccy and Kristie were brilliant .kept me informed throughout very professional as well as the top notch electrician and panel fitters.would highly recommend naked solar. Powerwall 2 working a treat. Thank you all Paul.

Brilliant job, Naked Solar are the best. Tidy, efficient and thoughtful with a great job from design to install. A Special thanks to Kristie who restored our faith in Solar after a bad experience and also Rob and Martin for a great installation not forgetting the panel installers who were so quick and professional. Also the scaffolder's who did a great job. Definitely recommended.

There were some delays - but that was due to Tesla Powerwall availability. Also not the cheapest - but worth the money for the service, clean install and helpful email and phone calls.

Brilliant company, we first used Naked Solar in 2015 to install a small array of panels. Since then we had to have them out to move an inverter in 2018 and they have also visited again this August 2023 due to an inverter fault which required replacement.

Despite the inverter not being under manufactures warranty, Jacob at Naked Solar kindly honoured what was mistakenly detailed on the original paperwork/invoice, despite us not knowing or checking this which is an extremely honest and kind gesture.

The electrician they sent to replace the inverter was extremely kind and got the job down in no time at all and left everything in perfect order. I was also impressed as I was kept up to date on their planned arrival time and was made sure I was happy with everything before the electrician left site.

Thanks very much Naked Solar - keep up the amazing work and I will certainly be continuing to recommending you to others!

I’ve been extremely happy with every aspect of Naked Solar’s work – from the initial contact to the final electrical installation. Everyone I’ve had contact with has been helpful, courteous and professional. All did exemplary work, with the planner and surveyor offering generous and thoughtful advice, the focus of which was clearly to serve my best interests rather than simply trying to make money. Costs were fair and reasonable, and everything happened on time and without a hitch.The entire process has been a pleasure.

I needed advice and got fair and impartial help. I chose Naked Solar on the basis of their professionalism but had no idea what to expect with my historic house.
I left them working on the installation and returned to find the best installation i have ever seen. They took so much care to install everything neatly and tidily. It should be used as a model to teach solar companies that installations can be done well with pride and care

Well, I can honestly say I cannot find a single thing to moan about, the surveyor, installers and the electricians were genuinely all brilliant, friendly, punctual, tidy etc etc. Would happily recommend Naked Solar to anybody who asks.

This company investigated issues with our existing solar panels, with the resolution being to replace all the panels and mounting gear, and we opted for a battery. All the way from initial survey to finishing the work was done with a professional manner, with the final install being of very high standard, and all with timely updates by Tim H.

From start to finish Naked Solar was great. From first enquiring, to having the team install - I was kept up to date and informed of the whole process and explained the best options to go for with solar. A pre-installation check and install date was promptly booked after discussing the options regarding the panels. All the team were very friendly and happy to help me. The installation team on the day were great and then once installed, explained how to use my soliscloud app! Would recommend this company to everyone, thank you Naked Solar.

Last summer I contacted Naked Solar and sent them images of my property with regard to having solar panels I told them I was interested they advised me unfortunately they are very busy and they would not be able to have a telephone consult until February 2023. The date was arranged and eventually after such a long wait on the actual day I was ready to take there call reminded by my phones calendar but no phone call came but I received an email saying they had tried to call me but couldn’t get through and advised me there was availability later in the week.
I emailed back (I have proof of sending) wanting to make sure I received the telephone consultation saying our phones are all working no missed calls and no message on our voicemail. I requested in my email response if they could advise what number they called so that this would allow us to receive the telephone consult making sure they were calling the right number as i had waited many months for.
Six days have now gone by no response from my email.
So after waiting many many months I am no further forward and if a telephone consult which is simple, well it does not give me confidence in this company doing an installation. I will now look elsewhere and hopefully not many many months for a call back
