Cannot get in contact with anyone, have sent numerous emails... not received my order!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely beautiful jewerly excellent service

I ordered 2 necklaces for mr daughters on the 1st December and have still not received the necklaces. No confirmation, no updates or anything. Can’t get through to anyone to see what is going on with my order.

I required a new bracelet due to ordering wrong size. I contacted Cherry and she went above and beyond to help, when I explained how important it was to have my sons names close to me around my wrist since over coming Cancer. Cherry got right onto organizing a replacement that was the correct size and had it re made for me. I have just been informed it’s being made now and will be sent out and I should get it in a few weeks which is absolutely awesome news. Cherry insured the exact size of my wrist I will be wearing it on to ensure it fits correctly.
Thank you so much Cherry you have made this experience so easy and you have been nothing but helpful and friendly as well as kind hearted upon knowing my story. I highly recommend Cherry and the team! I will use them in the future whenever i’m looking for personal jewelry.

Initially I was not happy with the product, but I must say the customer service was excellent. The customer service really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the product.

They have been very helping with costuming my gift to my liking !

Hi. I would like to share my experience from Myspotifyglassus. I recently ordered a spotify plaque since my boyfriend and I will celebrate our upcoming anniversary. I thought that it will be the perfect gift for him. However, there was a problem with the local carrier. They had been so helpful, understanding and very considerate that they offered me a replacement. I was so grateful for that. I really appreciate their kind gesture. In addition, I am looking forward for my order and I am sure that my boyfriend would love it. Thank you so much. Thank you for your remarkable service. I treated myself to a personalised ring, one you design with the relevant birthstone and names. Unfortunately the original order arrived with an incorrect coloured stone. I emailed the customer service team who were very prompt with their responses at all times. After providing a photo of the order and one of the ring received, they arranged for a 2nd ring to be made and dispatched at no extra cost to me. Sadly this also arrived incorrect and an exact copy of the 1st ring. Again customer services were prompt and offered a % of the refund but I really wanted the ring I had ordered as it was something for me and my son. After a few emails back and too (again always promptly) the team arranged for a 3rd ring to be made, again at no extra cost to me, and this time sending me a photo of the stone they were going to use to check if it looked ok and even sent me a photo of the actual ring before dispatch to see if I was happy with it. The ring has now arrived and I am really pleased with it. It’s very pretty, a perfect fit and is something I will always cherish. Yes problems and overall quite a time to get the end result but the customer service team have been brilliant in pulling the final ring together. Had I have received the correct order first time I would have given this product 5* it’s lovey. Thanks customer service team.
