建議上傳的畫素盡量高一點、色澤不要太淡、若很在意臉孔，就盡量不要選全身照，畢竟是要縮小在底片裡的，多少會影響到清楚程度！

Got this as a unique gift for my husband’s 50th Birthday of our family of four.

My son bought a locket for my birthday it does not open. Was advised to use a sharp knife now its scratched and still will not open!! Back and forth with useless emails will not refund or let me return! DO NOT USE THID COMPANY!!!!

Received and the product and it’s a pile of junk. Does not even open. After back and fourth emails asking for a refund as it turned up late and broke I still have not got anywhere. It’s meant to be a present for my mums birthday. I have sent links and shown proof but they only offer a small amount back which is an absolute joke.

Had enough to left this review. Do not buy from this company.

They were really helpful with the ordering process even too the extra step and let me know where i went wrong and help me correct it. The also responded in a timely manner each time i had a question or wanted an adjustment to my order. I can only give five stars being the highest but 10/10 would recommend

Locket ordered early for Christmas was faulty. It wouldn’t close properly. Company refused to replace or refund even though it was faulty. No address on website, don’t act within UK consumer laws

I ordered one of the light bulbs customized for my friends for Christmas. When I got the package the first bulb had been shattered in transit (which is no fault of the company, these things do happen) and I was so bummed because from what was left, it looked beautiful. I immediately sent an email to customer service and explained what happened and they got right to work putting together a new order and had it completed and shipped in time that I still received the replacement before Christmas. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the help I received.

Excellent customer service and I was picky on one of the hair colors. They were so patient and helpful to me! Received the order and my grandchildren are going to love these!

A total scam! They advertise quick delivery times, they pretend that they're based in the UK but they're in China. My items never arrived or might arrive in a few weeks which will be too late as I placed an order for a Xmas present. I contacted the customer service that doesn't care at all...

Very easy to deal wit. Their customer service is Excellent I made probably three or four changes on my brickheadz and they did every one of them kept sending me it for proof I’d make another change they sent another proof. The product arrived. I put it together. It was missing a few pieces which can happen. I sent them an email stating I was missing some pieces they asked which pieces I gave it to them and they sent another email stating that they were making them and they will be shipping them out. They gave me timelines and everything excellent service.!! Would order more in the future for sure. The instructions in putting it together are fantastic. So simple.

I bought a custom project and it came on time and with all the beads, tools and instructions. I had to contact customer service and they responded courteous and friendly. They solved my issue as I needed.
