Beautiful item and great as a remembrance gift

Very happy. I was worried the delivery wouldn't come in time for when I needed it, however it arrived 2 days earlier than the expected delivery date. I contacted namenecklace Via email in regards to the expected delivery and spoke to a lady called Demi, she was polite, and gave clear communication and fast responses which was so helpful.

Thank you. I am excited to give this necklace to whom I am gifting it too. The photo and writing engravment is just as described when ordering.

Not received the goods and still awaiting credit for add-ons that weren't ordered

拿到之後的成品再轉軸上有點小卡不夠順(我原本以為是像捲尺那種拉開會自動捲回去的)

I’m beyond disappointed. I bought a beautiful photo keychain to give to my daughter for her 16th birthday. I purchased way in advance to ensure I could give to her on time (5 months prior). It was still in the plastic bag it came in and when I finally gave it to her, the top snap kept popping which then made the keychain useless. I reached out to the customer service asking for just a PART replacement (a little snap) and they are telling me I have to purchase a whole new keychain. Seriously!! Terrible customer service. I even offered to just purchase the snap if they were unwilling to provide. I never write reviews but after this I couldn’t help but to let everyone know my disappointment. I get it’s been 5 months but the product should last longer than that. I even sent a video to show the concern. Ugh!!

Precisely and quality is good, very creative and nice concepts for memory keeping

I highly recommend this company, just purchased a few fathers day gifts and to say I was impressed is a understatement, the intricate details were amazing, was a bit hesitatent with the ingraved key ring but the picture on it was amazing looked exactly like the photo I uploaded, so if you are thinking of buying from this company I can highly recommend them very good products and well made , also great customer service

I ordered a beaded bracelet for my dad for father day and a picture necklace for my brother. They are both amazing my brother has yet to take his necklace off he absolutely loves it. My dad’s bracelet does come undone now and again but that’s usually when he lying on his arm. I would definitely order from here again!
