I bought a necklace, earrings, bracelet and a gift worth. The gift should be worth of $ 35.99 but it looks more like a thing you buy in a machine for $ 1. The graving on the necklace you cant read it, its looks like its dirty and no text. You have to buy a shipping insurance and its not an option.

I bought a locket and chain for a very special occasion and it didn't disappoint, I am very pleased with it.

I ordered a brick figure and due to me losing a handful of pieces I needed to re-order just those pieces. Skye helped me to do so, I paid the very reasonable price and received them quickly. Will order more brick figures soon.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift two weeks before the date. My parcel took over 2 months to arrive. When it did I wasn’t overly pleased with the quality, I ordered a photo on Lego bricks and it came out quite dark. The tracking for the company is poor, and my product unknowingly shipped from China, to the Netherlands, to UK and then to IOM. I wouldn’t order from this company again

Delivery was late, was meant to be a mother's day gift and was ordered in plenty time. At checkout I was prompted to buy a gift bag, this in no way fits the gift. On top of that I purchased a mystery gift for £10 which never arrived. They have asked me to take a picture, don't really see how you can take a picture of something that isn't there? My advice is to stay away from this company.

My item was sent with the picture upside down and they won’t refund my money, disgusting service no compassion for there mistake crap customer service team with no resolving my complaint just palm me off with a 10% of next purchase….like I’d ever order from them again going to trading standards
