Ordered a lighter with a photo. It took around 3 and a half weeks to cone but it was worth the wait. Its lovely

J'ai commandé un pendentif personnalisé "projection" sur ce site. Il est arrivé assez rapidement. Pour la qualité du métal c'est encore difficile à dire, on verra avec le temps. Pour ce qui est de la "pierre" (le verre avec la photo dedans), je suis un peu mitigé. Ca ne permet pas vraiment (ou très difficilement) de projeter l'image en l'illuminant. Par contre, en le regardant de près avec l'oeil collé, on peut quand même plutôt bien voir la photo, et ça c'est assez cool. Donc ça devrait faire un cadeau sympa au final si je le présente comme ça.

I ordered a photo watch the picture was of my husband who passed in December when they sent me the notice that it shipped the picture was not what I ordered it was the display picture and I panic and sent them a message they contacted me right and sent me a picture of what I ordered and put my mind at ease that I was getting what I ordered, then after I got my watch they checked on me again to see if I was happy with what I got very good people.

Received excellent customer service, quick responses to my questions, and was very well satisfied with the merchandise I ordered.

Had an issue with my product and they sorted it quickly and efficiently sending out a new item to me, such a great company !

My product took 3 weeks to come but that is compared to amazon. That includes them making the figure and then shipping. I really like the building process and the product. The customer service was quick to respond and very nice in trying to send me my product.

Easy to navigate and order on the website. In addition, I had an issue with receiving my package, and they worked with me to get the package to the proper address.

Wish I read the reviews first. I was not able to opt out of VIP service nor was I able to opt out of the mailing insurance and after paying for all that (plus shipping) I still did not get my item in a timely fashion. Then it arrives and I am embarrassed to give it as a gift because it looks so cheap.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are very poor quality and their customer service policies do not comply with your statutory rights leaving you out of pocket.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Their products are absolutely crap, what they advertise is definitely not what you get, it looks so cheap and like it's done in someone's back shed, definitely not a professional product.
They won't refund you because they think their crap products are the best out there that's an absolute joke!
I threw it out would of been so embrassed to hand it over to my loved one.

I placed an order exactly one week ago paying extra for expedited delivery (it said expedited orders placed by that date were guaranteed to arrive by christmas). It's now 4 days away from Christmas and it has not even shipped and I have not heard anything from company since placing order

I ordered a photo chain, unfortunately it didn't arrive, I went through a week of emails back n forth. I was asked to claim compensation from the delivery company, I paid for postage and packing,surely they have insurance. Its not my place to chase evri of all companies. So don't waste your money or time, also its not a UK company like they say

The experience with the delivery is not very good but the product itself was awesome, especially the idea. It was the idea which made me purchase the product and it's accessories.

It is strongly recommended to make the delivery time short and mention complete details of shipping companies abroad and companies within the country.

Update:
Since my first post, I have received a personal response from the company and my order is now on it’s way and is scheduled to arrive before Christmas as promised. I will update this review once I receive my order

I recently ordered two necklaces from their website on Dec 12th. On that date, the website clearly stated products would arrive in time for Christmas with Urgent shipping = $30. I placed the order and paid the $30 for urgent shipping. It wasn't until i placed the order that they indicated the order would not arrive until Dec 28th or later. I have requested a refund on my $30 for the urgent delivery. They responded to my first email stating the item will arrive Dec 28th or later - they are not addressing the fact that they promised the order to arrive in time for Christmas with Urgent shipping, and they did not address my request for the $30 refund.
They have since updated their website not promising delivery for Christmas.
They are now ignoring my emails.
