I went to the Navy Yard Peri Peri near my house in Washington DC. This is a really good restaurant and is not "fast food," but is very convenient. It's a good balance of convenience and quality. Highly recommended.

I visited Nandos at the Venue Cribs Causeway Bristol for lunch.
The food was ok. Other than there was no mayonnaise.
The service was acceptable. It seems we were interrupting staff conversations when we needed service though.
Most disappointing was the cleanliness and attention to details.
The food supplement station for water sauces etc. was not clean. There was no pepper or mayo. After requesting I got pepper. It seems no one had replenished it. Seating and items on our table were not exactly clean and the loos were unacceptable.
The Venue has many restaurants and the others will be getting my custom.

I took my daughter to Nando’s for a treat on sunday. Waited nearly a hour for our meals. Upon which I seen bigger tables order after us and had their meals and even finish before ours came out. Upon complaining to the manager I was informed it was “probably down to new young staff being trained”. Unacceptable.

We have had 4 deliveries within last 6 weeks. Each single time, we haven’t received our sauce to go with the chicken. Tonight I actually phoned the restaurant direct and asked the restaurant to make sure it was in, yet it arrived WITHOUT IT! The person I spoke to about the sauce answered the phone with “yo yo yo Nando’s Whitley” and seemed very excited for some reason. Not really a professional way to answer a phone! And then forgets to pass information across………. I phoned them after delivery and spoke to a nice guy but he couldn’t find our order online as it was through deliveroo. Either the system is useless or they are fobbing us off. Tonight was the last straw and we will never order from Nando’s again. Terrible service. And to add insult to injury, our chicken tonight was dry and grilled to an inch of its life. Shame as we enjoy a Nando’s but tonight, enough is enough, I won’t be recommending either.

Overpriced for what it is. I made my first order in Nando’s because I’m a huge fan of spicy chicken. I ordered 5 hot chicken wings, grilled cheese and one dip and it cost me £8.10
On their website these chicken wings were clearly advertised with a chips so I was sure that they will be provided. They were not…luckily I had some chips in freezer so I made them in air fryer (10min). Another disappointment came when I tried these chicken wings. For me they were not cooked and I had to put them to air fryer for 12 minutes to make them crispy like I like. They were also not spicy at all so I had to use spicy sause from my fridge. So I had to use air fryer for 22 minutes to makd this £8.10 set good to eat. Not sure if I will be visiting this place again.

Despite prebooking our table for 14, when we did turn up the manager was extremely rude and turned us away!

Nando’s Dundee offered 1.5 hours wait so made our way there for a party of 14! When we arrived at the restaurant over an hour later told it’s still a 50 minute wait! Manager was extremely rude and not even prepared to sit us separately. Seriously commerciality clearly not at all instilled within the team and as a visitor from London not felt welcomed at all! Worse Nando’s experience of my life 😢

Went to Nando’s today for lunch. Food was very nice no complaints at all. We were just abit surprised at the lack of personal service. Ordering online while sitting at the table, asked for sauces and was told where we had to go and get them from, going up to get our own drinks , though they were refillable so maybe that’s fair enough. Just seemed more that we were doing things ourselves but maybe that’s just the way.

I am sorry but i have to agree with the other posts here regarding the poor standards at the Stratford-upon-Avon Nando's. I have never been to a Nando's before so its a shame that this was my first experience. Initially we were sitting around for ages as no one said that you had to order via the app! The place just looked tired and unclean and the Gents were really unclean and obvs had not been cleaned for quite some time and this includes the hand dryer and especially all the door handles.
Once the food did arrive it was on the cold side and just looked a bit unloved in terms of presentation.
On a positive note my son enjoyed his visit and Beth (manager) seemed very friendly and provided some good advice regarding which food my son could order as he has a nut allergy.

Absolutely disgusted by the standard of Nando’s in Stratford upon Avon.
My partner and our 2 young daughters went for a meal there whilst on holiday and thankfully I cut my daughters burger In to quarters for her... what I saw was uncooked chicken which was stone cold!!

I called a member of staff over to show her and she said what do you want me to do?
I said well change the burger please as it’s uncooked.
After about 5 minutes a gentleman came, who I think must have been the manager to tell me that “it should be ok to eat” a number of times.

I had to keep repeating I wasn’t happy for my 5 and 3 year old to eat this as it would make them poorly and he just kept saying “it should be ok”

In end I had to say are you saying we can’t have the food swapped to which they eventually did but myself and my partner had finished.

I emailed Nando’s with an image of the uncooked poultry and they never bothered to reply so will now be contacting trading standards.

Cold food. No flavour. Not happy

Very very disappointed with the Nando’s in Redditch experience. We all want to stop the spread of covid but when you go out to eat to celebrate your daughter’s exam results you just want a pleasant easy experience.
We were told on arrival at 7.00 that they close at 8.00 and there is a 20 minute wait for food so we dealt with that. Bearing in mind there was 8 of us and some of the group were the older generation and some did not have phones we were told we had to scan a QR code on the table and look at the menu on phones. Firstly this wouldn’t even scan for everyone, so this added lots of extra time onto the situation, then we had to share phones to just look at the menus which was also very difficult and time consuming. With the pressure of being told that we had an hour and the frustration of this ridiculous system it ruined the whole experience. It took 25 minutes just to get the orders together so some people in the group hardly ate as they couldn’t really see what to choose and it was taking too long.
It would have been so much better to have a laminated menu that could be sanitised and someone just take your order. They handle all cutlery and come over anyway so it’s ridiculous.
It was much better and easier going to our local Indian restaurant where menus and table serves are available! Nando’s your system is over the top and ruins the whole experience. We will not be coming back if this is kept in place! The mass hysteria of covid really needs to calm down as the vulnerable and most others have been double jabbed!
Not everyone can use phone technology so this is very unfair and stressful. The waitress could of took the order on the I-pad she was carrying around instead as even that would of helped! Then some of the burger buns arrived hard and stale. Nando’s sort out your system and be more customer user friendly!

Went to Nando's showcase cinema yesterday and since then have been sick then throwing , stomach ache and fever. Initially thought is it covid but we haven't left house for months wfh. We didn’t eat anything else from outside. Covid came negative so its defo food i had at Nandos. I have been visiting nandos and spend thousands of pound . No more food at nandos now

This is my first review ever. Just came from Stratford Nandos.

Most staff not wearing mask including the supervisor noted.

Customer service was brilliant.

I requested that my chicken be well done. However when my food arrived, it appeared well done on the outside but not properly cooked on the inside.

I called over one the waiters who called over the supervisor. He said to me that the temperature was checked when the chicken was cooked. I am not sure what that had to do with my chicken being almost raw on the inside. He then walked away and said sorry. That was it.

I always go to Nandos and this is the second time I recall I was very dissatisfied with the food. I walked out of there feeling very sick. I would not have Nandos in a long time. It has left an indelible mark that will be there for a long time.

Anna and Ben were very polite and very attentive. They have very good customer service here and seem like a genuinely happy team who are happy to help and literally go above and beyond for their customer services. Anna the manager at the Mile End Nando’s has very good people skill. Honestly you guys are doing a fab job. I will be returning soon. Thank you for making my day ❤️

Don’t bother going to the Mile End road branch. The staff are useless a request was made for a refill on drinks. Ignored. Cutlery? Waited three minutes for the dishwasher to finish cleaning that after our food was served?! Prior to that we were waiting 15 minutes for our food so an attentive waiter would have realised. If the staff weren’t so busy talking to each other they wouldn’t forget to fulfil customer requests. I had to create an account to order and the website was playing up giving me an error ‘bad request’. After a shoddy experience, I told my girlfriend we will never be back to Nandos. There are hundreds of other restaurants in East London so let’s explore. Not this crap again, Goodbye Shatdos.

Deliver Food delicious gave it a for star beacuse it took long to arrive and the drinks were warm but food was hot and will recommend
