Went to Nando’s Parkgate and I’ve given this review 5***** because of Justin (with the red hair) he was a total star, for someone so young what a great pleasant guy he was, sorted our order and a free dessert as we are blue light workers and forgot to get our discount …. Down side the chicken was reminiscent of a sparrows breast come on Nando’s sort it out the last time I came before lockdown it was a chicken breast now it’s just a slice 😡 it’s not cheap food so don’t rip us off

Okay so went to the Basingstoke restaurant and joined the “virtual queue”. Received a message that I had less that 10 minutes and then I could go in while stood outside of the restaurant. The next second it said I had another 25-35 minutes to wait. I had already been in their “virtual queue” for an hour. What a f***ing joke!

I have a complaint against crayford nando. We ordered some food but when i got my food delivery many of items were missing. When I called to customer service they said they can’t rearrange my order just can be refund. It makes me so disappointed. Poor service not happy with them. I will never order from there next time.

My favourite place for takeaway

Visited Nando’s in Giltbrook after a 12 hour shift at the hospital to be turned away due to not offering NHS discount after 5pm on weekends because they are “busy enough”. I showed the Twitter post about NHS discount and was told due to them being franchised they can make up their own rules.

At the end of the day we’re talking about chicken and chips but forcing NHS staff to visit the restaurant to use the discount because you can’t order over the phone or via the website is disgraceful. This is the last thing I wanted to do after such a long shift!

Please either make it clear on your advertisements that the discount has store specific exclusions or don’t bother at all. Clearly you’ve marketed to support the NHS but this experience has me believing you have no intention of supporting us.

I absolutely love the food at Nandos, great to see them adding more veggie options too. Always great service in my local Nandos, friendly and welcoming staff!

We are a regular customer to corby nandos before lockdown we been there at-least once a week, even after lockdown used to collect as before, Just today 13.02.2021. first time ordered on deliveroo cuz they dint answer their call for long for collection order also nandos website show cant order now. we received the order the chips not cook properly this was even happened when sit in the restaurant too i was exchange the chips many time inside the restaurant they accept it and bring new chips all times. and also the chicken comes with feathers not its not usual one. i called first but they dint accept then i take the order back myself to the restaurant to show but when she saw she realise i am the one on the phone in the phone there is no any argue or bad on the phone but when she saw me from the beginning she start talking rude to me show me very bad attitude. i told them i am not coming for refund , i am just coming to get new even i am not asking full what i order cuz kids already took something so i ask give me what i exactly bring back but they refuse and offer me 10 wings for my total order £32! anyhow we never eats wings so i refused and told them to keep all i don't want anything, also some parts of the chicken not cooked properly then i take a photo of it send it to corby council. i was really shocked of her behaviour, she took my food and show to their camera look look he said there is no sauce on the chicken. i also complain my peri peri chicken is not covered with sauce. very very bad attitude very very bad customer service.

However half the time when I order online they give me the wrong order, no matter what app I use, once I order two chicken skewers, got half a chicken. Doesn’t matter what app I use.

Once they put my into two large containers filled up only half way instead of just using 1 large container (which I checked and it did fit in)

Very confused by nandos think the local nandos hates me or something but I love the chicken and extra hot hot sauce.

Think the hot sauce should be more spicy, please add a new level.

Will keep buying nandos even if you get my order wrong

Menu with unclear specifications, chicken not cooked enough, high price, low quality.
Never use nandos again!

Great food! always great service, always get food, the chicken is amazing and the peas are so good! I love Nando's and I order it quite a lot!

Had my account hacked lost £50 some nice person in London Had a meal at my expenses . Nando’s have not returned calls or replied to email . Disgusted at them . Beware and article in one of the papers reported other people had same problem. If they knew they had been hacked why not inform customers

Visited recently Covent Garden restaurant. Exceptional service and lovely food. The best place for family dinner:)

I really like Nando's. The chicken is always fresh and delicious. Staff friendly and smiling. I visit you every month.
