My 12 year old son and 3 of his friends came to Nando’s Oldham yesterday, they were unsure of what they should do to order When Edwin noticed this, he came over to them explained everything to them, read the menus with them and took their order. he went above and beyond and made their first experience of dining with friend very enjoyable. Thank you Edwin.

We really enjoyed our visit at Nando’s today.
Whilst we were enjoying our meal,
my son accidentally spilled his coke in his plate which was still full.I took his plate and gave him mine.But a member of staff called Olivia,
came immediately and brought him another one
(Chicken thighs) without charging us.She was very friendly and professional.
I am really satisfied with the service I received at Nando’s and I will come back again.Well done Olivia and big thanks!!!

--Servers / staff are excellent and we give 5 stars.
--Food price: 200% more than parallel food in other restaurants; thus, based on the price, it is not worth going there.
--Food amount and quality is between 3.5 to 4 on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest.
--Sauces are full of vinegar and worst.
--Seating is at best level 4 out of 5.
--The restaurant's system is 1 out of 5.

This is literally my favorite restaurant. The chicken, the sides, the desserts are all delicious. Also the decor and music in the restaurant are amazing. Wonderful place to enjoy a meal!

Review for Nando’s Reading The Oracle.

Waited 55mins for my TA order and by the time I got home the food didn’t taste fresh and nice. All bags with foods at the food counter were there for at least 20-25 mins. They are so busy looking after the restaurant that completely forgot about my order. When I asked the manager if I will get my food soon he quickly ran to take it and just gave me the bag without saying anything. Poor experience and overall customer service.

Do not order online from Nando’s. First time I did it, they just never delivered my order. 2nd time I was waiting over 1 hour for my delivery, when I phoned up to ask where it was they said they hadn’t started cooking it yet. Really poor service.

I visited your nandos restaurant in the yellow mall metro centre on 13th September at around 12pm with my friend and our children. I was feeding my new born baby while my friend queued to pay, during this time her 2 year old became extremely upset and distressed in the high chair as she was not with her Mummy, it was difficult for me to comfort her while I was feeding my child and one of your amazing staff noticed this and offered to help me. I explained that her Mummy was in the que and once she was back she would be ok. The lady went over to my friend told her to get her little girl and took her to the front of the que where she served her, she even went and got our drinks, cutlery, sauce and brought it all to our table. In all the commotion i quite ignorantly did not get this angels name but I remember she said she had just recently started and she’d came from South Africa. I can honestly not thank her enough, she went above and beyond and it is definitely the best service I have ever received.

I love my Nandos chicken, it’s part of my 5 a day 😊

All time favorite peri-peri chicken. The sauce is so good. Always craving for its taste.

Went to the new nandos In Reigate. Staff were lovely 😊 spoke to a las in there called jenna she was so kind and very helpful, I will definitely be going back! Manager was very nice too. Would highly recommend paying a visit to this nandos.

6 times they have forgotten the sauce
When you call to complain they apologise and say there is noting they can do

Went to Nandos New Square Development, Walsall St, West Bromwich B70 7PP on the Friday 17 August 2018, had quarter chicken leg and Grilled chicken burger, that same evening I had severe diarrhoea and suffered all week with stomach cramps. Very dirty furniture and filthy restaurant, toilets were cleaner than the restaurant! They serve frozen fries (taste like cardboard) miniature dish of rice and ice cold food.
Total cost £70 - Total rip off,
