I'm a seasoned refinanced and Nano's process made my life easier. It was almost effortless. Quick (within minutes) conditional approval. Unconditional approval was also pretty quick the delay was waiting on other financial institutions to provide statements.

We like Nano, the digital home loan that’s the future gonna be, cut off the broker, shorter the application time, no fussy drama story.

I'm refinancing Home Loan and 3 Investment Loans mortgaged by 3 properties funding 2 investment properties and investment in shares.
Nano's focus is the standard Home Loan and Nano could not handle my more complex scenario where I have Rental Income and Dividend income. Nano seemed to also have issue with lending to someone approaching retirement (Ageist?). With steeply rising interest rates it is strange business practice to decline a borrower with less than 25% LVR who can pay off loans in 3 days by selling a few shares. Another lender is keen for my business and offering better rates. Nano's loss!
Nano's digital application process for a simple loan is quite good, but when one has multiple loans/properties one has to enter the same thing time and again and they do not cater for borrowers having a Share Portfolio. The verification of drivers licence claimed the photo was blurred when it was the 8yo licence that was blurred and would not change no matter how many time one is asked to retake photo.

I was a little sceptical at first, stepping away from a big Bank to a lender I hadn't previously heard of. Glad I took the plunge. What a simple application process! So much easier than it was with my previous lender....and much faster. Electronic document signing is a game changer meaning no need to coordinate appointments with a Bank branch during business hours. Staff were always there to answer my questions, same day replies to emails. Would have liked to get a little more info on setting up the app and it's available functions prior to needing it on Settlement day but by no means a deal breaker at all. App is simple to set up and user friendly. Very impressed so far. Great rate which means more money in my pocket. Cheers!

Honestly don't know what to do without Nano! Started application process with Nano the day before our settlement day (after 5pm) because our mortgage with a big 4 bank was impacted by a last minute policy change. I know right! It sucks. Application with Nano was super easy and quick. No need to provide hundreds of PDFs. It's all through allowing them to access my existing bank accounts. It took them 1 day to approve the loan, 1 day to prepare loan documents, 1 day review, 1 day prepare for settlement. In total, 5 days from application to settlement!!! The customer service team is super friendly and professional. They respond to phone calls very quickly and helpfully, with a genuine understanding of our stressful situation. Cannot recommend Nano more!

I wasn’t happy with my previous home loan lender. Once honeymoon rate was over, they passed on full interest rate rise or lifted more than RBA’s interest rate hike. After many years, my rate was much higher than current advertised home loans from them. I thought it was too much hassle to switch my home loan. However, refinancing our home loan with Nano has been such a quick and easy experience. I wish I did it earlier. Nano is so transparent and offers the same best rate for everyone. It’s a no brainer.

Very disappointed that a digital lending institution - such as Nano Digital Home Loans, provided by Digital Mortgage Solutions Pty Ltd - which operates at a much lower costs compared to the operating cost of our major brick & mortar lending institutions of Australia is passing on - and most likely will continue to do so - the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) increased official cash rates in FULL!

The whole process of swapping the loan over to NANO was simple and easy. No endless requests for documents and meeting times.
