Great service from Gwyn and Rob over many years as Colley Motors and Nathaniel, will always buy our cars from these guys. Service department, Denise is brilliant and technicians are great, never been disappointed at Cwmbrân.

I'm very happy that I'd purchased my MG ev vehicle from Nathaniel, Swansea. Lewis, the salesman, was very professional and helpful. This was our second MG Ev. That one, which I'd had for over 4 years covered nearly 80,000 faultless miles. For any ev sceptics out there let me reassure you about the battery life, it was the same as it was in the beginning i.e a predicted range of 240 miles!
Must also mention the Swansea service department team, managed by Nick. They have provided helpful advice and backup. Recently, I thought we had an issue but it turned out to be nothing to do with the car and was caused by a faulty charging cable (not supplied by MG). The service team went the extra mile to help and provided a courtesy car while they investigated things. Very grateful for their help and assistance. Buy MG, and you'll have a great car and faultless backup from Nathaniel staff.

I was very happy and is very nice car

I'd purchased a new MG4 Urban only a few days earlier so called into the showroom on the off chance. Vanessa was exceptionally helpful, explained what the issue could be and arranged for one of the Service department team to check the car over immediately. At the same time, she arranged for a courtesy car, which was a great help.
Vanessa rang me around an hour later to advise that it was just a software update and that my car was ready.
This was a first class service and my utmost thanks go to Vanessa for her assistance.

I bought a used vehicle and having driven home 25 miles a fault developed with the 12volt battery. It was sorted straight away that a courtesy car would be provided whilst my car was recovered. It was fixed within 24hrs of the dealership receiving the car

First time to buy or own an electric car Aiden knew his stuff and was main reason to sign on the day, apparently a trainee well compliments to his manager, he is the future of Nathaniel. I was very nervous and his approach was not pushy and excellent at delivering a sales.

Everything from car functions to finance options explained clearly in a nice and relaxed environment.

Having had a MG HS before it was a no brainier not to have another MG HS.
