Recently went into Cardiff branch and want to give a shout out in general to the customer service at Nathaniel and particularly to Shane who was extremely helpful. I was due a refund and this was arranged and completed the same day . Fab service all round .

I have to say the service Elliot provided was above and beyond, it really was a pleasant experience, he was totally down to earth yet professional, after initial enquiry on the first visit, I came away after a test drive literally buzzing! having never driven an automatic previous.
With Elliots help, the car insurance was also sorted, due to my old insurance company letting me down.

How refreshing, a car dealership that really does put the customer first! From my initial enquiry to collection and after sales support Christian and his colleagues have been super helpful. Elliot Cooze car sales executive was absolutely brilliant making customer's feel at home with his knowledge and politeness selling a vehicle, nothing was to much trouble for him, when you ask him a question he listened and answered it with no problems.
