Nathaniel Car Sales - Cwmbran Reviews 

It was great dealing with them and answering questions. However when picking the car up there was an issue with the software. I was about to drive away but the sales staff wanted to check it with me and thankfully they did. They couldnt fix it there, its take a month to get it booked in for a software update date and whilst thats not the sales staff its frustrating its taking so long. My husband s car has the same issue and his isnt even booked in yet.

Staff all seem to be friendly. Gwyn dealt with us and was provisional informative and friendly only picked our car up on the 28th April , although this is are second new car from Nathaniel Cwmbran we went back so must be doing a good job or wouldn't return, thanks for your assistance in getting are new car .

Fantastic service, great company

My wife and I have been really pleased with our new MG's all bought at Nathaniel Cars Cwmbran. We now have a new ZS hybrid trophy + which is absolutely fantastic. Thanks to both Gwyn & Rob for their help and welcome at Nathaniel Cars Cwmbran.

Nice pleasant experience with warm friendly staff

Everything made smooth from test drive, choosing, ordering and handover.

What a shambles.
Booked my car in. I was informed it would take a couple of hours when I booked. On arrival I was informed all day.
I explained that they said a couple of hours.

Well returned to pick the car up 4 hours later and work not completed.

For me to have to book in again in over a month.

Today is that day I return. Car was booked in for tomorrow and the next day. Agreed 3pm to drop my car off. And no. They cancelled it because I was not there at 9am. Lies about leaving voice messages. The “service manager” was rude and not understanding the frustration and informing me that he is dyspraxic and knows that dyspraxic people do not suffer from uncontrolled tone of voice. I have aloud voice and always have this is a dyspraxic trait. To be informed that I was lying as that is not correct.
What a total rude man putting down my neurodiversity and telling me I’m lying because of it equality does not exist.
Also to be told if I looked on Facebook, I would understand that they are having communication issues with their telephone very professional. Let’s go on Facebook.

Now they reply on here. No personal phone call from the very rude staff!!!

Very helpful and friendly. Looked for finance which suited my requirements. Car serviced and MOT'd and ready to pick up in a couple of days.
