Great experience, made process easy and got a good deal

Victoria Moon has helped me out tremendously this year. I'd been trying to get a refund from my water supplier from a leak that wasn't my fault, Victoria liaised between us for the best part of a year and finally got me a great resolution. When all this was done she then helped me leave this supplier and move to a different one which was cheaper. I can't recommend her enough, she was extremely helpful and communicative over the entire period.

I never like to deal with companies that claim they can find you the best deals and save money on energy services. However, I decided to take a chance on Utility Hub who set up a contract with Positive Energy. My contract with Positive Energy was set up and I thought that is looked ok. Little did I know that it was to become a complete nightmare. Positive Energy do not support their customers nor do they offer a good service. I realised that I was now tied into a nightmare contract. Fortunately I received a call from Jade Bowe, my account manager and she took over all the problems with Positive. I can honestly say that she has been an amazing support with this company and has gone beyond to solve the constant issues I have faced as a small business. I would recommend National Utility Hub and Jade Bowe as account manager. Thank you Jade for your continued support. I am so looking forward to leaving Positive Energy and starting with the new company you acquired.
