The engineer (Dan) that called to repair my windscreen was fast, professional and proficient. He quickly repaired it and it’s almost as good as new.
The centralised automated text messages just confused the situation and didn’t relate to reality at all.

Really great service overall. Very efficient.
Sadly the glass has cracked again, just after a day of having it replaced. And so I am having to have the window screen replaced tomorrow.

All the people I met were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. From advising that I needed a repair and not a replacement and how that was achieved. I duly received a refund of money.
The time taken was quicker than I had thought and the repair was well done.
