When I arrived for my appointment I was slightly early so I was waiting outside as they didn’t open until 08:30 at around 08:15 Grant I think his name was called me and I told him I was outside and he said he was ready to start the job, upon giving Grant my car I asked him if there was some place I could sit to crack on with some of my studies whilst they fixed the car up straight away he spoke to his boss to which they fired the heating on in a little side office and allowed me to get on with it in peace so I could focus they helped me navigate some customer WiFi and even brought me a lovely cup of tea! Absolutely amazing team and the job was done much quicker than I had anticipated! Would recommend these guys! Thankyou to Grant & team for looking after me!

Fast friendly and efficient.
Fast, efficient and decent friendly staff who kept me updated on how long the job would take. Got stuck in massive traffic jams and phoned ahead to advise I would be delayed. They still managed to fit the job in with no fuss and it was completed quickly. First class experience with great staff at the Edinburgh branch.

Easy to deal with and excellent results
Dealing with National Windscreens (to arrange repair of chips in the windscreen ahead of an MOT) was straightforward and pretty inexpensive (thanks to my car insurance). Actually dealing with the technician on the day for the repair was entirely hassle free, with a great result.

Great service
Great service, they ensured I was comfortable while I waited and everyone was friendly.
Also when there was an additional problem with my bonnet they helped to fix it and walked me through the problem and solution, very helpful.
The person who done my windscreen was grant and he did a great job!

I would recommend this company to anyone that’s thinking about using their services. Scott was so helpful and made me feel assured that my back windscreen was going to be fixed and no issues since. Some junkie threw a bottle of echo falls at the back but I decided to go through insurance and national windscreens were approved and I wouldn’t go anywhere else too guys there 👌🏾
