Avoid this. Company if you can
Waited 8 days for them to come out to fix windscreen only to be told on the day that they didn’t have the window. Had to wait another 6 days only for the fitter to come out and eventually realise the window was the wrong shape. Also damaged the spoiler in the process. Have now been waiting 12 days and still no replacement spoiler

i am a hgv long distance driver so took a days holiday to have my windscreen replaced on my way to my appointment 23 miles away i received a phone call to say windscreen had turned up and it was broken but the representative was very helpful and arranged for a fitter to work on a Saturday morning so that i didn’t have to waste any more of my holiday which was done impeccably the only inconvenience to me was driving to Exeter twice

Replacement windscreen even for an old car!!
Amazingly the company found a windscreen for my 28 year old A140 Mercedes AND found a replacement trim as the old one had rusted.
Staff were affable and efficient. Excellent treatment all round.

I wouldn’t recommend Nationwide Windscreens
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nationwide Windscreens. After a windscreen replacement, I found visible foam around the screen – something not present on any other cars of the same specification and wasn’t like this when dropped off. Even worse, the console screen inside my car was scratched, which I reported immediately.
Nationwide have refused to take any responsibility, citing a lack of inspection photos – which only highlights their poor procedures. There were no pre- or post-job checks, no photos taken (inside), and I wasn’t even contacted when my car was ready for collection. Apparently, I’m now expected to carry out my own inspections before drop-off just to protect myself – which says everything about how they operate. Service fell far below expectations and the response to my complaint was totally dismissive.
I wouldn’t recommend Nationwide Windscreens and I’ll be raising this further with my insurer.
*I’m sure they will respond to this, shifting the blame and avoiding any accountability.
