The windscreen ordered was defective so…
The windscreen ordered was defective so could not replace, although they managed to complete a repair.. this resulted in a refund of the difference @ £110 which I am still waiting for. I called the branch in Salisbury who referred me back to the main booking team. I was told I would receive the refund to which I am still waiting.

Very happy with National Windscreens
After contacting insurance company was given a date for replacement windscreen with work carried out at home address. With in minutes confirmation came through via email from National Windscreens.
Email on day of appointment allowing me to track the technician. Also he called to say when he was going to be with me. Work carried out with no problems. Very happy with National Windscreens

Windscreen replacement
The lads that carried out the work were friendly and explained what they were going to do and advised when it would be okay to drive the car after the new screen was fitted. The windscreen fitting seemed to go well and all looks okay with the actual fitting of it. However, I have only scored a 4 as there were remnants of the old windscreen rubber seal left in the car on the dashboard, floor and front seats. Also the windscreen had smears on the inside. I would have thought that the screen would have been cleaned and debris from the removal of the old screen removed before handing it back.
