Bad company bad communication only intersted in your money

It was my first time booking on a ds refresher course and I really recommend using nationwide Academy Julie makes sure you get everything done while also having being able a laugh throughout great atmosphere in the class room and will definitely return in the future

I recently attended a course delivered by Nationwide Academy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, knowledge, and engaging delivery set a benchmark for training within the security industry.

Prior to the course, communication was clear and well-structured, with all learners expected to complete a workbook and blended online first aid training before attending the classroom sessions. This approach ensured we arrived prepared and able to get the most from the face-to-face training.

While it was disappointing to see some learners arrive without completing the required pre-learning, despite clear instructions, this only highlights a wider issue within the industry, a lack of ownership and commitment to professionalism and CPD among some individuals within the security industry.

It is therefore refreshing to see training providers like Nationwide Academy taking a strong stance on raising standards, promoting accountability, and driving much, needed change within the sector. Julie and Phil embrace and enforce these values, and the quality of their training reflects that.

This company is absolutely fantastic I honestly can’t recommend them enough, they are unbelievably helpful and understanding, going the extra mile to help you no matter what, Julie is a godsend of a teacher straight to the point and full of banter which makes the course fly by! So if you read the one star saying they’re ‘scammers’ it’s a load of shite, they don’t turn you away for ‘nothing’ or ‘refuse refunds’ without a valid reason as absolutely any company does. FANTASTIC company and will 100% be returning for my refresher in the future!

The course was well thought out and both Julie and phil made the learning on the practical and theory a good experience with elements of fun which the whole class enjoyed which made 4 a relaxed learning platform and gave whole class confidence well done 2 Julie and Phil 4 all your patience and hard work in getting the whole class through the course thnkyou sia class of 25
