Quality Dropped After Negotiating Price
We had a great experience with our first order from Nationwide Paper — the pallet arrived in premium packaging and the paper quality was excellent. Based on that, we decided to reorder. However, after negotiating the price, the second pallet we received was noticeably lower in quality, and we were never informed that anything would change.
The rolls don’t match the standard of our initial order, and the packaging was also downgraded. Several boxes arrived damaged, which affects how we present the product to our customers.
Customer service was polite but very slow, and it took almost a month to get a proper response. Even then, the explanation didn’t fully address the quality difference.
Disappointing overall, especially after such a strong first order. We expected consistency and transparency.
