Natsamia were brilliant to deal with from providing suggestions when we told them what kind of holiday we would like to simple methods to pay at our convenience

My 2nd holiday using Natsamia Travel, 3rd holiday if you include my wife's grandparents booking too. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris, easy to deal with provided multiple options and even offered to check in for us. Great company and will definitly use again!

Excellent open communication at all stages, tailored the holiday to exactly what we wanted, lots of options and no pressure at anytime to decide. Just back from another holiday book by Chris at Natsammia Travel, the third we have now booked with them.
Chris & Claire always go the extra mile to get us just what we are looking for, even if I keep changing the goal posts 😅.
But it's the little things that make it special for me, filling in all paperwork, API's, checking in on line & sending boarding passes. then the little checking in messages while we are away.

We booked our holiday to Thailand last year for November 2025 for 2 wks with Natsammia Travel, our advisor Chris took us through the whole process as it was our 1st time long haul travelling, his input was invaluable and he was so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. We also called him a number of times to re-check details for us which he did immediately as we were nervous travelling all that way. He put our minds at rest. Our holiday was amazing and everything went to plan, all the transfers etc, Thailand definitely has a place in our hearts. We have since booked other holidays through chris with this company as they are fantastic and will continue to book in the future, also have advised family + friends to book too as they won't be disappointed.
