Habe dort bestellt weil es hiess die Lieferzeiten wären 2-7 Tag nach Bearbeitung, also mac 9 Tage. Warte bis heute (25 Tage). Support ist nicht wirklich hilfreich, sagt sie schicken ein Returnlable wenn das Paket angekommen ist 🤡 und gibt mir ansonsten schwammige bis keine Auskunft wo sich das Paket überhaupt befindet (laut Tracking in Budapest, seit 14 Tagen …) Nie wieder, kauft was anderes!

I purchased a tent on this website and received no updates for a week. After contacting their support, I received a tracking email, and after checking the tracking number, I saw that the item had been delivered that day. Of course, I didn't get it (I work from home and was at home that day). They used swiship.co.uk as their shipping company, and you can read their reviews (terrible). I contacted Naturehike support, and after multiple email exchanges, they agreed to send it again from a different warehouse and use a different shipping provider. And finally, I received the tent. I think the issue is with Swiship. It's just unfortunate that they charge quite a lot for shipping and then use a shady provider.
The best news is that I managed to get it a few days before my camping trip, and the tent is great!

I've just received the Tent Opalus 3 person I'm waiting for one thing to go bikepacking for the test. After all the great reviews I've seen about this model, I know in advance that I won't be disappointed.

Purchased a VIK 1 tent, not from this website but from a third party, would like to thank Naturehike for the great products I love it.

Very poor purchase and delivery experience. I am waiting already for one month for the tent I ordered. I ordered it from Poland to Portugal. Very poor costumer service, they answered to my message after 10 days with the new tracking number. I answered that I want my money back instead of product, but they seem not to realize it. No phone contact, the only at the website is just to China. I highly not recommend to order through their website because you don't know when are you going to expect the delivery.

Ordered lots of things from Naturehike: trekking poles, 2 inflatable sleeping mattresses, inflatable pillow, 2 tents. At the beginning I was excited, because visually all items seemed very good and fancy. However...
All except tents became broken after 1-2years of non-intense usage: one of trekking poles broke during hike at dangerous moment on the hill, others became quite wobbly and looks like break soon. Inflatable mattresses and pillow got some air leaks (looks like material ageing, because its not airtight in like 10-20 spots at once. After gluing these holes, shortly leakage appears again)

Tents, that made Naturehike famous, i must admit, are still good

I will never ever buy anything from naturehike, because similar items from companies like MSR, Leki, Mammut last more than 5-10years, when price is only ~1.5-2 times more.

I have ordered several outdoor camping items (tents, sleeping bags, stool, chairs and gas heater) from this brand and I am super satisfied with the quality. Only bad thing is delivery. It took almost a month per item to arrive.

I ordered the Ultralight 15D CloudUp Wing Camping Tent direct from Naturehike.com on July 12, 2021, as it was over $200 cheaper than Amazon, (that is quite the mark up). I tracked it but the tracking was rubbish. I contacted Naturehike customer service a few times and they eventually stated they tried to contact logistics but did not receive a reply, so were sending me another tent. Nearly 4 weeks later and the item did not arrive, so I had to email them again. Customer service stated it had been returned to them for some reason. So customer service tried again and this time the tracking did work as supposed to, so and today after 13 weeks and 3 attempts my tent finally arrived. It is brilliant, well made, and looks the part. If it was not for the companies customer service folks' tenacity this would have been a review of how I was defrauded. Naturehike, your customer service folks saved the day, remember that come payday!!

I only received half of my order and was met with terrible customer service. I ordered a camping table and two chairs. The table arrived quickly, but a month after ordering the chairs and more than the 18 business days they claimed shipping would take, my chairs are still 'with the carrier in country of departure.' I have contacted Customer service twice and both times they've refused to look into it and dismissed me with 'don't worry about your order.' Camping season is nearly over and I'm still waiting. I wouldn't gamble on ordering anything from this company again.

They didnt send me what I ordered. They only send half og it. I ordered an inflatable mattress with a bag. They only send matress without a bag. I used many days to search for the product I wanted, so I make sure that the description included the bag. Because if I really just want a mattress then I can buy it elsewhere and for a much cheaper price. I got my package without the bag so I mailed them. They already took the product down from the page and they denied that it wasnt the case. They said there was a note that it is not included and I swear to god that I didnt see that note and I make sure it was included. I make sure of that because I double check it. On my order picture it is also included. The funny part is that on their webpage with similar product they have mattress with bag and without bag and the picture with bag also included in the description. They denied everything and scam me for a 40% higher price for what I got. The worst part is that one of the product comes broken. You can buy naturehike through many shops, and cant make sure that you got the original. What I did is that I order from the original website and brand, I never thought they will scam me because its original. But nope, they are not professional at all and they kan scam you.

I had one of their tents in the past so I chose to get the upgraded version. I was happy when it arrived but when I opened it I noticed one of the pole had a crack in it. I knew it was not gonna be the best quality product but broken before I even had a chance to use it? That just shows how much effort they put in their work.
Not recommended!
