Beware of scams and fraud and dishonest advertising. I ordered a mystery box and got a few JUNK ITEMS. not even worth the $30 I paid plus the $5 shipping. They should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Honestly, if customer service cannot answer questions concerning the efficacy of certain mask canisters for certain chemicals then they shouldn't be in the business of selling gas masks. You wont get a second chance to test your mask if you are in a real life threatening situation with certain chemicals. These products are life and death type of protective gear, and they are pretending to sell something they cannot or refuse to answer for. I will pay more money for NIOSH approved gas masks. This company is not worth the risk.

They sell garbage. They willnot refund or replace products that do not work.

Horrible experience. The SHOP bot changed my shipping address to an old address. I caught it when I received purchase confirmation minutes after purchase. I immediately tried to call. Outside their hours - directed to email. Immediately sent email. Still within 15 minutes of placing order. Received an AI email response next day confirming it WAS being sent to wrong address. Checked tracking number - package NOT received yet by USPS. Tried calling again- sent to voicemail. Emailed again. Got an AI email back next day - now 2 days after purchase saying address could not be changed. Tried calling again. Voicemail. Emailed again. Nada.

Only two things are sub par with these guys. The quality of the product and the lack of customer support. Stay away.

I ordered a solar powered phone charger. It was complete garbage. I left if in the sun for 2 weeks and it never charged.

Purchased tac flashlight and plasma lighter but forgot to use discount code. So I tried to cancel order but couldn’t. So I purchased same items within minutes this time used code and got discount. Sent 3 messages to their customer service, the first within minutes the other two the next day. No response. So I called 3 days later and left message . Finally the next day I received a return call. The lady was rude and dismissive like I was putting her out. Said she didn’t know if she could cancel order offered no other solutions and abruptly hung up the phone. Never heard from them again! Their customer service is disgraceful!!!… have purchased hundreds of dollars in merchandise from them over the years. Been a very loyal customer and this is the way they treat me??… I will never purchase another item from them. Appears they care about money and nothing more - the hell with helping their customers. Many other companies to purchase same merchandise. Will use them from now on. Stay away they are the worst. Den

After the hurricane in PA, I purchased THREE of the 3 Person Emergency Kit / Survival Bag (72 Hours) Stealth Angel Survival - Black Fulfilled October 07, 2024. I found issues with some of the items, but not worth the low cost to replace. Every month or so I pull out the equipment, check it, put devices on chargers, etc and within 6 months, the completely unused crank solar radio was dead. I emailed support and their response was: "Please be advise you're passed the 60 day return policy"

I purchased these bags as backups and the hardware is already dead within 6 months of storing in a closet with no usage. The quality is poor and customer support doesn't care.

I will purchase from Amazon or other reputable stores from now on. After reading more of the reviews here, I see why people stay away from this company.

I've since gone online to YT and found tons of grab videos on making your own bugout bag and you can get much better, higher quality, when you price out for 2,3,or more bags (say for your family).

A natural disaster got this company some money but after going through the items and trying to work with their support team, it really isn't safe or prudent to buy from them if they are not willing to honor and support their products.

Check out YT for videos. Make a spreadsheet or download the 100s of examples, and just put all your items in your Amazon cart x3 or however many bags you want to make and divide by that number. Go to pawn shops for the nice extra like all-in-one tools.

Really wish Stealth Angel cared about their products and reputation. I planned to buy a lot more from them, but my experience has changed my mind.

I can only speak to my experiences with stealth angel. I have ordered from them 5 times in the last year and have only good experiences items ship within 2 days I get them in a week of ordering and everything I’ve purchased has been well built and worked as advertised so up to now I’ve had no need to deal with customer service. So personally I recommend this company. I myself will continue to order thru them until my experience changes. Thx

My experience has similarities to many reviews on here regarding this company. I received the 26 inch stick for defensive purposes. I took it out and it telescoped out and I retracted it twice. The second time it was stuck and never returned to the closed position. This companies response to my email to customer service was only to warn me not to contact them more than once or my issue would be put back to the end of their queue. Interesting but the phone number has no one to answer it. This is a familiar game that smacks of bad business or a scam business. If these folks don't send me a label to honor the 100% guarantee I am not going to spend my money to return a 26" item because it should be 10 inches but instead will contact the Attorneys General of California and Pennsylvania since they have conducted business in both states make a complaint and accept that I have been bamboozled. As usual one is best served to check Trustpilot first read the reviews and not do business with companies who have scored 1.9 on Trustpilot ratings. As I gave the customer service people an opportunity to help address problems with the product I found that the person(s) who I spoke with were impatient and attacked the notion that this stick was problematic. The suggestions they had did not work. I wasted money on a product that they picked up for a sawbuck and dumped on an unsuspecting public. At least I can use Trustpilot to warn folks not to do business with them. Buyer Beware. As smart as I may think I am I didn't check them on Trustpilot first. I wrote first review in June and again in July. Thanks

I ordered a retractable self-defense stick, and it was defective. Once extended, it jammed and was nearly impossible to return to the retracted position. The company refused to provide a paid label for return shipping. When I sent the defective product back at my own expense, they then deducted the price of the original shipping (which had been offered for free) from my refund. It is incomprehensible how a company with such policies can stay in business.

Item never arrived that we ordered. We contacted StealthAngelSurvival and they just resent the tracking number. We followed up with other emails which they did not reply to and when I called and left messages, they never returned our calls. Sent email asking for refund or overnight the item we ordered and received no reply back from them. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. Now every time I see their advertisement on FaceBook, I will write a bad review. Companies like this give retailers a bad name.

Ordered 10 survival backpacks, received 5. They would not refund me or send my the 5 owed. They said I signed for the package, which I did, but only for 5 backpacks, not 10. Liars and theives. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a cross body canvas bag which is very poor quality. It's not even canvas....it's hard plastic. When I contacted them and asked for a refund...they won't issue a return label which means I pay twice for shipping. I will never purchase from them again. They don't care.

This is a terrible company! I received a bag that was severely deffective, and have been trying for the past two months to return it, without success. I just have been either ignored or gotten evasive or not-pertinent replies. Do not trust this vendor!

This company sent exactly what I ordered. It is a small survival/medic bag with everything you need to survive in an emergency short term situation.

This is a fantastic purchase and a great gift for any outdoorsy or former military individuals. This is something they will find quite useful.

Yeah not so great I had bought a flashlight from them the s3000 C E
about a year 8 or so mounts ago and basically just had it in the drawer for emergencies.need to break it out a couple of weeks ago and the damn thing would work it would come on for a brief moment and then black out
or just not come on at all.
So I contacted the company to see what we could do about this problem and they said not much our warranty is only good for 60 days.
So if you wany a flashlight or anything else that's only good for 60 days their your company.

We have ordered multiple times and have gotten great products. Very good quality and timely shipping.

Never had any issues in the past but this year i have been waiting since dec3 for my packages and support is worthless. Supposed to be fast shipping but its been almost a month and nothing. Items were supposed to be gifts but now it 2 days from the new year and nothing. I just want my money back now

I have yet to purchase anything from Stealth Angel because I wanted to read reviews here on Trust Pilot. So as I'm reading the reviews, an ad came across my screen FOR STEALTH ANGEL!! I had to lmao.
