Missing delivery, no communication
I ordered over £25 worth of Naturya products almost a month ago. I received a notification of deliery, however I did not receieve the items. I've now emailed three times and receieved no response or follow up regarding this, nor any refund.

Good but not enough product
I actually love the taste of texture of their supergreens shake. People moaning about the oats could blend it, it’s not that difficult. My only qualm is that the bags are very little for a product that is supposed to be consumed daily. Between weekly ordering and delivery fees because the pouches are so small I don’t think this product is going to be something I can continue with

On Amazon you can purchase our Supershake Fruity greens in a 440g pouch. If you are near a high street with a Holland & Barrett they also stock this product which may save you money on delivery depending on your location. I would give this company 0 star if i could ive orderd somthing yes its not been months but 28 pound worth paxkage and its so hustle to sort it i know its not there fault its the courier but this not my problem to sorted ive complained the firstday and its still there they say its there sorry

Awful Experience
Placed an order on the 17th January, first they sent the wrong item. Supposedly its replacement that I had request was damaged on route. However I can't say for sure It was posted as I wasn't sent the tracking information. I reached out again and the correct item was sent and I received my order on 4th of Feb. Never again will I make a purchase of any product from this brand! 2 emails and a phone call to a the is too much for me to ever consider giving this business a penny again which is a shame, but I had to work to hard and pay for the misfortune.

Placed my first order a few days ago and received my order today. My order was processed quickly and was able to be tracked via DPD. I'm very pleased with my items and will be ordering more soon :)

Half of items incorrect
Received order with half of items incorrect. Two emails and a phone message all ignored. How ridiculous. Stuff is vastly overpriced anyway for what you get - don't know what I was thinking. I won't be placing any more orders.
