TQUK Diploma in Adult Care…
I did the TQUK Diploma in Adult Care Level 3 (RQF with Observations). The course was really well set out, the modules were clear and easy to follow, and the tutors were brilliant – always gave quick, helpful feedback that kept me on track.
The support team were just as amazing – every time I had a question, they got back to me fast and were always friendly and helpful. You never feel like you're on your own, and that makes all the difference.
The payment plan was ideal too . made it manageable without any stress, which I really appreciated.

Choosing to do distance learning with ncc has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have been able to do the learning around my family and life and been able to have possitive feedback from my work. It has been tough sometimes but my tutor Kaye Leeming has always been able to help when I have needed extra support. Signing up to the course was really easy and acknowledgements were sent quickly so I knew I was enrolled OK, an e-mail adress was provided so any queries could be addressed if necessary and a tutor was allocated. Course availability/refunds
Paid for a course yesterday; I was advised (today) that the course was/is not available (despite being advertised/payment accepted). NCC have advised that they will contact their finance department (to refund me) but that the money will not be in my account for between 5-10 working days (i.e. up to two weeks). I would recommend calling NCC (to confirm course availability) prior to signing up to any course, to avoid being out of pocket for potentially two weeks...
