I was told the course I had completed…
I was told the course I had completed would enable me to move on to the level 3 in counselling at another provider. This information is incorrect so I am now having to re do my level 2. I have contacted them numerous times about this and received no response.

I am a more senior student, returning to study after several years and lacking a bit of confidence. I'm hoping to pick up where I left off after unfortunate personal circumstances halted my career.
