Tiling Quick and Easy thanks to Karl
Went to the Cardiff Shop on Hadfield Road and Karl couldn't have been more accommodating, he was helping someone else at the time and he made sure to assist them taking tiles out to the car and when he went past asked us if we needed help, he made buying tiles quick and painless and I will be back to deal with Karl for all my future tiling/paving needs.

* Don’t Expect the Product You See Online
The product shown online is completely different from what it actually looks like in person. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent what you receive.
When I requested to return the items, instead of arranging a collection, I was told to hire my own transport and return them myself. For large and heavy items, this is completely unreasonable and not the level of customer service I expected.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company

We always aim to provide a transparent shopping experience. Because digital screens and lighting can vary significantly, images online can sometimes look slightly different from the physical product. To prevent this exact disappointment, we highly recommend and provide a free sample service, which allows our customers to view the exact texture, colour, and finish in their own home before committing to a larger purchase.
Our records show that a sample order was placed by you for this tile shortly before the full order was finalised. We always advise waiting for the physical sample to arrive to ensure you are completely happy with the product, as large-format tiles can be costly and difficult to transport if you need to arrange a return.
Regarding our return policy, as outlined in our terms and conditions agreed to at checkout, customers are responsible for arranging the transport and return of goods they wish to send back. For heavy and bulky items, we understand this can be an inconvenience, which is why we place such a strong emphasis on utilising our free sample service first to avoid the need for returns.

I would have scored 5 stars however some tiles were broken.
N&C did offer to replace or refund the cost of the broken tiles.
I accepted the £3 refund 😁
Apart from this the overall service from N&C was pretty good.

Delivery took 6 days and items missing
Ordered a couple of small items last Friday, was charged £12 for delivery, took 6 days to arrive and only part of the order was delivered? I rang them and they couldn’t find out why? Said they were closing in 5 minutes…. Wanted to do a tiling job this weekend but can’t as the primer wasn’t delivered
