I have been a very loyal customer using Neafs with no problem up to now.
I have ordered sticks and paid on 22nd January and money has come out of my bank, not pending, in completed transactions. However, order on their website still in process. I was unable to open a ticket on their website, as it was before, after filling form there is No option to actually send this form. when I’ve tried to go through support link, it brings me to the page with my points. So annoying. I have emailed to support*neafs.com also send request Neafs on their website via contact form with No reply from them.
I am not happy as I didn’t get any refunds on my money paid for order , don’t have product which I have ordered and no comment from anyone at NEAFS. Very disappointed, unhappy customer. :-( the reply from company representative on my review here - just useless, as I already mentioned that I have sent email to support@ beads.com - no response!

I ordered since 25th of December and still nothing arrived and the order is still processing. How is this possible? I tried to email but nothing.

I placed an order on January 17, 2026 on for a device and two packs of sticks. More than a week later, the order is still marked as “processing” with no shipping confirmation.
I contacted Neafs multiple times through their website contact form and also sent several emails and message on Facebook but I have not received any response at all.
At this point, there has been no delivery, no update, and no customer service communication. Very disappointing experience, especially for a paid order. I would not recommend ordering unless customer support and delivery reliability improve.

The same old story. One Teo after the other gives up. Just ordered 2 new Teos and one of them already stopped working after 2 days! I tried to register both. But as there is no serial number to be found it wasn’t possible. Please send a replacement asap.

When I started ordering from neafs 2 Years ago it took nearly a week for them to be delivered, now it takes 48 hours which is great.

☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Quality Has Gone Downhill
I’ve been a loyal Neafs user for a long time and used to love the TEO device, but recently the quality has become extremely unreliable. My latest experience has been the most disappointing yet. I opened a brand-new TEO today, used it for the first time, and it completely stopped working almost instantly. Before that, another device I bought only lasted about a month before failing.
This isn’t the first time this has happened — it’s now become a pattern. I even had to spend another £55 on two new devices because I can’t rely on the ones I already have. For a product I genuinely liked, it’s frustrating to see it become so inconsistent.
I’m honestly starting to lose faith in the brand. When I first started with Neafs, I never had these issues, but lately it feels like the devices are coming from a faulty batch or the quality control has dropped significantly. Really disappointing experience, and I hope Neafs sorts this out.

I have been using Neafs teo for nearly 2 years now.
I tried everything to pack up smoking and nothing worked, I was given one of these devices to try and thought why not, so i tried it and i havent had a cidarette since. I wasn't overkeen on the original flavour but the good thing is you can get flavoured ones i like the blueberry and the menthol one's and the best thing is there is no tobbacco in them just niquotine and me and my clothes dont smell of smoke anymore.
Also when you think you are ready you can get them niquotine free

What makes NEAFS so good? No tobacco. Sure there is nicotine and that is an addictive substance, but when using the vape sticks and their TEO product, it is completely tobacco free and that means literally hundreds of chemicals less being sucked into my body and that is a win in my mind.
I've needed the help of customer support a couple of times, due to products I've ordered being out of stock (their mint sticks are clearly very popular). The mint flavour is my favourite and obviously many others too. Anyway, support (Thanks Richard) has always been first class, although sometimes a little tricky to get hold of.
The flavours do take a little while to get used to, but once you tastebuds have adjusted, you will find the experience of vaping NEAFs very agreeable and far better than most other brands. I can only speak about the mint flavour and the original flavour, as they are the two I've used personally.
If you are still smoking cigarettes and looking to save money and your health, I would say give these a try for sure.

Couldn’t taste any flavour in the nicotine free. It tastes like cigarettes which isn’t nice when i gave up cigarettes over 8 years ago. Plus they only last for 15 puffs. And once you put in a tip it’s hard to get it out again to change it.
