Neat is good for people with ashma and allergys smells good and cleans good

Neat clean I’ve been using for about 2 years now I get the bundle monthly subscription it is chemical friendly it’s smells absolutely amazing cleans very well and a very good price to pay for the bundle
I have recommended to family and friends and will defo be continuing to use

Very concerned about the quality and safety of the NEAT washing up spray bottle.

The screw thread on the bottle appears very weak and damages easily. During normal use, the spray head became loose and the bottle separated unexpectedly, causing washing-up liquid to splash upwards towards my face and eyes.

This presents a serious health and safety concern. A cleaning product bottle should not loosen or detach so easily during ordinary handling and use, especially when there is a risk of chemicals splashing into someone’s eyes.

I have already submitted a formal complaint to NEAT regarding this issue but have not yet received a proper response. If the matter is not handled seriously, I will consider escalating it to the relevant UK government product safety authorities and may also seek legal advice regarding the incident.

If other customers have experienced similar issues with the bottle or spray head becoming loose, it would be useful to know whether this is an isolated defect or a wider product quality problem. Not sure if this is related why they put discount everywhere recently.

I am writing regarding the issues experienced with your product.

Firstly, the product is significantly overpriced at £19.99 considering what is supplied — namely a hand pump container and four small fragrance bottles. More concerning, however, is the functionality and overall quality of the item itself.

From brand new, the pump mechanism has not functioned correctly. A product designed around a refillable dispensing system should operate reliably straight out of the box, particularly at this price point. The defective pump immediately raises concerns regarding quality control, product testing, and durability.

In addition to the faulty pump, this experience has created further concerns regarding the overall reliability and value of the product. Consumers reasonably expect products to perform as advertised without basic operational faults appearing upon first use. However your hands feel fantastic after using the soaps, so fresh and conditioned.

Been a customer of Neat for a while now and absolutely love their products and branding. I’ve used pretty much their whole range now, the dishwasher tabs work a treat and their foaming hand wash is so luxurious! Their anti vac spray for every day use is the winner for me though as the smell variations are AMAZING and they are priced so reasonably compared to other competing brands

Great products. Lovely clean fragrances but not over powering and obviously eco friendly...will continue to use.

Absolutely love this product! The refillables are super small for storage, smell incredible and I love how the bottles look on my kitchen side. 10/10

I like the products, especially as I can get them from Sainsburys, currently on Nectar offer . The pump on the handwash has failed after 4 months and doesn’t return so have to keep pulling it back into position. Have followed all the tips re cleaning it to no avail. They do sell replacement pumps but I am not prepared to buy one and pay so much in postage when Sainsbury’s are currently offering a new complete handwash bottle for £3.50. I have emailed the Company today and will edit this review with their reply. Have no issues with the bathroom or kitchen bottles, their dispensers are sprays so not expecting any.
Handwash pumps appear to be an issue so maybe this is an issue Neat need to sort out.
Neat have kindly arranged to send a replacement hopefully it will work longer than last one

EDIT: Neat reached out, sent replacement pump, which have been upgraded since original manufacture and couldn't be happier. A1 customer service, thank you!

I absolutely love the hand soap and we have one in each bathroom and the kitchen but all of the pumps have stopped working. You push it down and they no longer rise back up, one only lasted a few months before it stopped working. Is there anyway to fix this, as it would be such a shame to have to get rid of them all.

Good quality, does a good job overall, but I'd prefer more "flavours....." to choose from.

Dishwashing foam doesn't last very long.
The thing I detest the most is having to subscribe to everything and not having enough time or warning to delay or cancel.
They don't offer free returns.

Good quality products: the toilet, bathroom and general surface cleaners are truly excellent! I have just re-ordered them. No more plastic waste, just small recyclable refill bottles.

Lovely reusable bottles, easy to use. The scents are very pleasant, not too overpowering. The foaming hand wash is especially good.

I’m using the hand washes and they are lovely. I’ve used the multi surface spray and it works really well and I’ve used the window and glass cleaner and it really works.

I've reached out to the company as suggested, and they kindly provided replacement pumps for my soap dispensers. Thank you for addressing the issue.A few weeks ago, I submitted a contact form on their website seeking guidance about maintaining my soap containers. I own three of these, and I've had to replace them thrice because the pumps fail and don't spring back after use. I hoped to learn a maintenance trick or receive some helpful advice. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which was quite disappointing and led me to try this platform instead. My 2-star rating reflects the customer service experience.
