There’s not enough I can say about neat loans! Jimmy Izzo & Justin Carmichael are my go to mortgage brokers & they do not disappoint! All my clients who have used Neat Loans comment how stress-free Jimmy and Justin make the process. I have to agree since I’ve used them for my own Platinum Pre-approval! They are responsive, efficient, dedicated and available 24/7 which is crucial in this market. Thanks guys for keeping it neat for me & my clients!

Isabela was fantastic to work with when evaluating my loan options. As it turns out, we did not have an opportunity to work together and close the loan but she went above and beyond to explore various loan products, rates and features on a few different properties (both refinances and new purchases). Isabela is supremely responsive, honest and resourceful. I felt like I was receiving very individualized service and can’t wait to work with her again.

The entire experience refinancing our house was great with Neat. Paul Gresh was incredibly helpful and came back to me several times with better pricing/promotions to help us get the best price possible. He checked in at appropriate intervals and was clear in getting us through the process. Carter was also great on the closing, it was so smooth I don't have a lot to add! We have an investment property that we are looking to refinance in the near future and are definitely going to work with Neat again. Love that Neat is in CO too!

Decided to give Neat Loans a try for a refinance of my primary home loan. My primary lender was put off by my rather complicated financial picture including multiple rental properties. Paul Gresh and Brianna Nelson of Neat Loans were super friendly and accessible. They helped guide me through the process and the Neat Loans web portal made the whole experience seamless. As a veteran of many loans through multiple lenders, I was highly impressed with Neat. Would definitely recommend them!

Neat Loans has a very efficient online platform and their support staff turns around all questions promptly. I knew where we were in the process the entire time.
