Paul Gresh is Awesome!
I came to Neat Loans after being turned down by two other lenders, and was connected with Paul. I had both a new property loan requirement, and a cash out re-fi loan requirement and both had to be executed within 60 days time. I am a business owner which made this process even more difficult and complex. Paul worked with me around on both loans concurrently and coached me through an approval process that was quite complicated given my self employment status. If know for certain that without Paul I could not have funded both of these loans, for a new rental and a cash out re-fi on my existing rental. My advice to anyone in the market is this: If you have a loan requirement Go To Paul.. he is the BEST !!

Paul Gresh was outstanding. He was patient, kind, quick and always there to help. At 11:00pm on a Wednesday night, Paul was there to answer my questions, even on Sunday at 5:00pm Paul was there to answer my questions. I put Paul through the wringer and he still was on top of everything and kept me updated during the entire process. Now, I did not end up going with Neat Loans due to timing constraints, however I would highly recommend them especially Paul Gresh. Paul thank you once again for everything.

Neat loans truly was "neat" in all aspects. The interface was neat (and easy), the process was neat (and fast). But the "neatest" part of all was Paul Gresh. He is a champ. He held our hand all the way through the loan application and approval process; even when I was cranky! Neat is a great way to fund a loan. Paul is the one to help you!

Magdalena and her team were outstanding. I refinanced two investment properties with cash out. The rate was unmatched, they were easy to work with and extremely responsive, preparation for closing was streamlined, and closing was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

I found Neat Loans via a google search while getting mortgage quotes from several different lenders. They had the lowest advertised fees and the best interest rate. While I was already working with another local lender when I found Neat Loans, the costs were dramatically lower so I decided to switch. My local lender was suspicious of the low rates and offered to be my "backup lender" if things didn't work out. My application was assigned to Erik Lifner and he has been absolutely awesome to work with. He helped me to purchase my first investment property in September '21. Right after submitting my application, I received an email from Neat Loans advertising their ability to close in 15 days. I asked Erik if that was real, he said it was, so we signed the purchase contract to close in 17 days. If it hadn't taken so long for the appraisal to get back, I believe Neat could have closed in 10 days! My original lender wanted 45 days. As if all of that isn't enough reason to give this team a try, the title company officer was surprised at how low my rate was for investment property! Give this company a try. You will not regret it!
