Neat is really easy to work with and close my refinancing loan faster than I expected.

As an investor in the financial services sector, I was prepared for the typical unnecessarily inefficient, incomplete and hassle prone process that often accompanies getting a mortgage. I also have acquired, closed and fully paid off other mortgages in the past. This process with Chuck Threshie, and his highly competent and friendly team, was like no other. It was organized, thorough and very transparent. Yet at the same time, it was not the typical confusing, frustrating and unorganized process. I will be sourcing all my future business from Chuck Threshie and Neat. Transparency, efficiency and doing things right is not the easiest thing to find in the mortgage business. With Chuck and team, the customer gets all of that, and I’ll be gladly coming back.

I loved the transparency of the mortgage application process. The online application provided immediate feedback about how much income was needed to qualify for the mortgage and how much of our income would be counted as qualified income. Excellent company to work with! Their webpage allows you to know your purchasing power before hand and without even pulling your credit. Their team works efficiently and effectively. The underwriting process is hassle free thanks to their web page which allows you to send your documentation securely. My special thanks to Chris Gomlicker, who helped me close a rental property in 30 days and without any inconveniences. He works around the clock and guides you every step of the way. I would recommend this company a 100%!
