I wanted a particular part. I order it. I received it. It was what it needed and it fit perfectly. Service was outstanding!

I felt like I could get this product on Amazon for a similar price in 2 days (rather than 5- and yes I should only count 'business days' but you know who doesn't- Amazon). Also using SHOP to track the shipment..... it's 2026 folks- Do better.
All that aside from it being a Maxnomic chair- I'm not a big guy, that metal base should have never needed replacing.

Order came quickly. Assembly was straight forward and directions were clear and easy to follow. Good quality. (This is my second Maxnomic chair, the first one lasted over 10 years)

So quick back story, I've had my Maxonomic chair for a little over 10 years and its in great condition (just the leather is a little faded).. only thing was the lever adjusting height was messed up..

I bought a new cylinder and EASILY replaced it. I SAVED so much money because I was super close to calling it quits. THANK YOU!

Great product . My first chair lasted 10 years. I only replaced it because the arm rests started to fall apart. My package did have a shipping error but it was resolved fast and professionally.

I ordered a cylinder for my chair. I placed the order for the wrong one. My fault. Called in and they were more than helpful. They sent me the one I needed. Great customer service.

The absolute best customer service I have EVER experienced! Answered immediately. Fixed a mistake that I made for my custom gamer tag. I have no complaints. & the chair itself is beyond my expectations. So comfortable I may just take it from my husband! It was super easy to put together. They even have an instructional Youtube video if you aren’t someone who likes to just read the instructions (with pictures). I ordered on a Monday & received the chair on that Thursday. Very very good quality! Highly recommend!

The support folks did a great job of helping me to get the replacement part that I needed. I have had my chair for several years now, and I still absolutely love it!

Shipping was fast! My chair has adjustable lumbar which helps me sit longer without aching.

Ordered their most expensive/large chair
I ordered it with the smallest chair cylinder so the chair wouldn't be too tall
Is it ridiculous how tall the seat is vs the arm rests of the chair
At the highest height the arm rests are too low
They have no lumbar support in the chair and just threw in this pillow that has no magnets or band to hold it in place, and feels like its too thick of a pillow anyways....
Their office chair has some twisting knob that provides lumbar but their more expensive version does not....
The arm rests are also extremely wide on the chair, I tried to flip it over and see if I could screw it in closer to the chair, but the width its already at is the smallest width possible...
The head pillow sits super high because the chair width is massive so you can't pull it down to be a neck pillow, instead its going to sit behind your head....
Not happy with the chair, already regret buying it
I spent 600$ and I am disappointed in the quality and build of their chair

Update-
I measured the chair and it did not match the specifications listed on their website. In multiple categories the measurements were literally incorrect. I reached out for an explanation and asking for a refund. They refused.

Now after the armrest broke within a few months of ownership they refused to honor their warranty as retaliation to me trying to get a refund.

I will be reported this company to the BBB and initiating another chargeback.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Maxnomic has been amazing. Customer service, speed of delivery and most of all the quality of their products. We have ordered 10+ chairs with no issues. We will continue to choose Maxnomic for our customer business chairs. Thank you.
