I highly recommend using Nepeto if you want a tool that automates your search for profitable products and reliable suppliers. It has definitely made the sourcing process smoother and more efficient.

The service itself wasn't all that bad, but like others have said they make it impossible to cancel your subscription or get a refund, I would suggest to anyone wanting to try this service to use PayPal and not connect your actual card.

Nepeto is a scam. I cant get it off my computer. I am an Amazon seller. It keeps coming up and messing up my flow. There is not contact information on the page as it goes nowhere. Do not use this scam in any way. The phone number associated with Nepeto, does not work. Keep away.

This people will rob your money, They offer a 30 days PAID ($30) trial using the Ultimate/master plan, and 3 days before expires the paid trial they will charge in full using PayPal which is a nightmare to ask for your money back. Not allowing you to choose what plan are you going to take, IF, only If you decide to keep using the platform. Conclusion, Is a NO NO

Terrible experience. They will not prorate a refund after being charged for an annual subscription. The software is trash and now I’m stuck with an annual subscription I don’t want. Stay away from these slime balls.

I believe this company is a scam. They lure you in with a free trial to obtain your credit card details, then charge you $936 for a year-long subscription, even if you cancel the trial. The software fails to perform as advertised, appearing to be a tactic to exploit e-commerce users by charging exorbitant fees for a worthless product. They do not respond to calls or emails. Stay away!

Stay Away! Scammers! They charged almost $1000 for a year subscription when I canceled their trial before it was due to end. The software is crap. This is a scam to get your CC details and charge you. I have tried to call them and email them several times and they do not pick up nor reply to emails. I will dispute this charge with my CC. Do not trust the positive reviews. Stay away from them!

I have heard about Nepeto from my friends and its very like they said the service is extremely adorable

Very shady company. I signed up for the free trial & they automatically / default pick 365 day / full year subscription for nearly $1,000 😂😂😂 won’t respond to emails & they picked up the 302-208-5723 once out of 7 calls. I have filed a dispute with American Express detailing the situation at length including screenshots from other terrible experiences from here. If the software was solid I would definitely justify the cost as it would bring more revenue in for my ecommerce business. Having said that… the software is absolute dog sh!+. Even the wholesale side of things are rough. Look through their main “connections” & check their trust pilot / BBB 😂🤡🫣

They took an automatic 1 year payment from my card and they won't cancel it. No one responds to emails. It's a complete scam unfortunately. My $936 is gone.

it does not show products with high sales. its not workable . just you can get some distributors names only . thats it

I inadvertly didn't cancel my subscription before the trial period ended and was charged for an annual subscription for their Pro plan which is close to $1,000. I messaged Nepeto several times immediately after I was charged to see if I could get a refund since I wasn't using the software and let them know I had no use for it.

First they ignored my messages over a period of days. I demanded a response as a paid customer and they finally responded that they couldn't provide any type of refund because of their "policy". As a business that is servicing growing businesses, the fact they refused a refund even though I prepaid for a full year shows what type of business they are and their lack of support for small business. It costs them nothing to refund me since this is a search database and it's clear they have zero customer services priorities or skills. I do not recommend putting your money into this company.

I also found a LOT of erros in their supposed deals they find for you which are not deals at all.
