Horrible all around. Phoned and wrote several times. Kept telling me that the order was on its way and still nothing after over a year. This ain’t the way to start up a new business. Other people got their orders for the same articles 9 months ago but I guess my orders were ignored. Promised to send and tracking still says waiting on article to be received for shipping. Absolutely a nightmare. And yes regardless of what they say I have communicated several times. I just wrote 2 days ago, after they told me a month ago it would be sent and it’s still not sent. The postal service in the UK hasn’t been on strike for 5 weeks straight.

Been waiting on an order for 7 months the items have been released as long as that and are pretty readily available so no idea why they still don't have them in stock

I have been ordering with Nerd toys for 4 years, I genuinely don't trust other sellers like Nerd toys. I'm now on really informal terms with Jason whereby I just talk on messenger with him, always kept fully up to date and if you follow him on Facebook you'll see photos of the stock he carries, fully stocked. I have 5 items on pre order, and despite what people say pre orders do on occasion get delayed, that's the fault of the manufacturer not the seller, the items I have on pre order are by super7 and are 2 years late.
He always sends orders within 48 hours, well packaged and operates a generous points system, I regularly end up with 10 and 20 pounds off orders. He even creates a bespoke listing for me for stock that isn't listed. I can't emphasize how top notch the customer service is. The one time my other half ordered from any where else which was tin soldier action figures, we got burned as he folded. So if you want a good experience, read all the other reviews and use nerd toys and if something isn't in stock send a message he usually has one tucked away.

Bought from Nerd Toys on many occasions now and I must say Jason is absolutely fantastic, my items always come on time and well packaged. I would only use Nerd Toys now its overall a better experience.

The owner of this business Jason is out of his depth. Ordered x2 items at £150 and made me wait over 6 months to ship because one them was on pre order and is too tight to send out the said item that is in stock due to and I quote ‘margins involved’ - other retailers send items that are in stock regardless of if the other is on pre order. I’m not interested in your margins. There was nothing on your website that stated this. This also took 5 ignored emails where I finally got a response after I asked my bank to refund the deposit due to non receipt of goods which finally got his attention, claimed the email inbox is not monitored and then said he would send the in stock £20 item free of charge which he didn’t.

My previous order for Neca TMNT at £220 which were in stock took 5 weeks to be delivered for which he blamed and I quote ‘the help not being good enough’ which I think he simply did not have the items on hand and wanted to keep my money whilst waiting for them to come into stock from his distributor.

I have since taken my business to Comics&Cocktails who offer free delivery and ship right away along with Zavvi who don’t hold an order to ransom because a portion of it might be on a pre order and send in stock items right away even if the other is waiting to come in.

I wouldn’t mind if the guy was honest but ignoring emails, making me wait 5 weeks to ship something and excuses about margins relating to your shipping which I paid for as part of the order is a joke. You’ve lost what would have been a long standing customer and collector.

Tried to order a Christmas item but not a lot of comms. After messaging them recently they explained Hasbro hadn't been very communicative or forth coming with the latest stock. They kindly refunded me when I asked and sent over the requested delivery anyway. Would be good if they communicated issues sooner but they were very quick to apologize and refund as well as explain the situation.

Slightly slow dispatch, but items as described and well packed. Would buy from again.

Once again, brilliant. Gave them a message on Facebook about a figure I was wanting but seemed to be out of stock there and a lot of other places. He checked the warehouse and managed to find one and stuck it up on the website for me, chuffed about that 😁 thank you very much.

Great company. I was concerned about Postage and packaging however the person I spoke to was able to arrange a Saturday delivery. The item was gorgeous and after having been let down by a previous company I was amazed that the item was bought and received in 3 days. Great company
