Everyone is so helpful and has given me plenty of tips to help with my breastfeeding/pump journey! I have learned so much and am less afraid to ask questions.

Personalisation and professionalism

I love that the consultants are caring and knowledgeable. Each consultant I worked with was able and willing to create a plan specific to my needs and goals. I worked with Theresa Hails with my 3rd baby and she was amazing.

My lactation consultant was very professional and welcoming. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood her explanations, which really helped our communication. She also checked whether the solutions she suggested were actually applicable to my situation. Overall, she strengthened my trust in the company’s services. Thanks to her, I now feel a bit more confident about breastfeeding.

Good information and the providers I've interacted with are all kind and professional.

I was skeptical that a virtual consultation would be helpful and expected to need in-person hands-on support, but Nest Collaborative was able to fix my latching issue virtually within 5 minutes!!

Theresa is so personable and makes you feel so at ease. She is knowledgeable, realistic, and just overall made me feel so supported at the beginning part of this journey, and my baby isn’t even here yet so I can only imagine what it will be like as we start the actual feeding journey.

Constructive and helpful sessions

As a new mother I felt seen, heard, respected and guided by another mother's wisdom , yet a woman who had great expertise and experience in this work over decades. I felt reassured and comforted that change will happen over time (exclusively breastfeeding and co-sleeping) and that my baby is resilient and capable of going through change with loving guidance from me and my husband.

This company online provides online sessions—no home visits. Not sure how an exclusive online session can best prepare ladies and the child for breastfeeding and latching.

The information was very helpful. My husband and I were led through the basics and all our questions were responded. The trainer was very kind and helpful.

If this was for my consultant (Karen) and the customer support alone, I would give this 5 stars and more. I just finished my experience with Nest at 14 months and it was great! Karen went above and beyond to provide objective evidence-based support and consistency throughout a what can be mentally weighing experience. The customer support (i.e. appointment management) was also extremely responsive and empathetic, letting me cancel last-minute when I was feeling extremely unwell.

Only disclaimer I would mention is that, in the beginning of my experience before I saw Karen consistently, I was shuffled between consultants, one of whom was using very guilt-invoking and somewhat accusatory language at a time when I was very emotionally vulnerable.
