I loved the learning gamification and how well it simplified the process for me. It would’ve taken me much longer to get up to speed, especially given all the nuances in California. Highly recommend!

Simplifies the over-complicated process of home buying, especially in California - - where it’s full of forms, and permits, and red tape!

Nest Navigate took the fear factor out of home buying. There is so much of the unknown involved in the home buying process. I will definitely apply the new found tools to my next home buying adventure .

I used to scroll through homes online but had no idea what I was actually looking at or what I could afford.
Nest helped me understand things step by step. The videos are quick and straight to the point, which made it easy to keep going. It didn’t feel overwhelming like other stuff I’ve tried.

I didn't really understand how buying a home worked before this. It always felt confusing and kind of out of reach. Nest made it a lot easier to understand.

The short videos were actually helpful and not boring, and I liked that I could learna little at a time. It started to make things feel more real for me.

I always wanted to buy a house but had no clue where to actually start. I know my credit but not much else tbh. Nest Navigate helped break the process down for me. Credit, mortgages, budgeting, down payments, etc.

The interactive lesson made sense and were not boring. You earn nest coins as I watched the videos and it says I will be able to redeem them for real discounts which is a nice bonus.

Its still in beta but honestly even now its I can already see how useful it can be. I'm really excited to see where they take this as they keep building this out.

I’m 28 and living in California, and I always thought buying a place was just… not happening anytime soon. Like I figured I needed way more money or had to wait years. No one really explained it in a way that actually made sense.

Nest was different. I was skeptical at first but their games to help you learn and rewards with the quick funny educational videos were actually super helpful and didn’t feel like a boring course, there is a lot to do on it so I’m coming back. It just kind of clicked for me for the first time I could own.

Now me and my partner are actually talking about buying, which is something I never thought I’d say :). I still go back on it because it feels like I’m actually figuring things out instead of just guessing.

I really enjoy this this pratform. Their games are cool! And I like ai videos as well, pretty realistic .
