Net-Eco Reviews

They say ,"Switch - its easy!" Really? BT to Gigaclear was ok until we realised that we lost our anti-virus and had to pay for another, then we lost the battery pack app to the grid and the makers were unable to repair their own equipment BUT recommended a man that could - Brad of Net-Eco. 5 minutes on his mobile and all was restored. How about that! Brilliant = happy me & happy wife & happy export account. Have a happy Christmas Brad.

The team at Net-Eco did not undertake the final supply of PV/Battery on our property as we used someone else with a personal connection, however throughout the process of designing a system and forming a comparable quotation they were exemplary in their professionalism, as such we can highly recommend them.

In particular they demonstrated flexibility in the custom design process, clear understanding of our particular needs and eagerness to provide the most efficient and cost effective option and work with the newest technology (including sodium ion batteries).

Unlike some suppliers, there was no hint of hard sell, obfuscation or empty promises. Just plain, reliable electrical competence. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the job done by the team from Net-Eco, both during the planning and installation phase of our solar system. Brad is extremely knowledgeable in all things solar, and always provided quick and helpful responses to any of our queries. We would certainly recommend Net-Eco.

Excellent service from Net Eco I am very pleased with the extra batteries they installed for me.

We had exceptional service from Bradley Whitham today: knew his job inside out, gave us confidence and can't thank him enough. Highly recommend his company for Solar Panels and maintenance.

Professional job carried out by professional and friendly workers, net eco should be very proud

Was really impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness throughout the company. The prep and planning was excellent with all our queries and questions answered promptly and clearly - important as we are not especially 'tech-minded'. The options for the cabling between roof, inverter/battery, meter and fusebox were clearly outlined and we had a useful discussion on the best option for us and our property. The implementation team were efficient and courteous and completed the work on schedule with a clear outline of the system, operation of the App, etc. Would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of installing a solar system.

From the first contact through to completion, The teams were friendly, knowledgable and efficient.
Excellent work to a high standard.everything was neat and tidy.

I contacted Net-Eco via a recommendation after having a bad experience with another PV company. Lewis called over to discuss what I was hoping to achieve and explained how I could reduce my annual electricity costs by installing PV panels on my garage and main roof whilst storing excess production in a new battery system. He calculated I could reduce my annual electricity costs by around 50% over the year and I am confident this calculation will be fairly accurate given I have already seen a 60% reduction in my running costs over the first 3 weeks of the system being live. Am now also exporting excess power to the grid and seeing some return for this also.
Something very satisfying when you produce your own electricity, especially given the volatility around energy costs.

Excellent well-informed service from speed of quote through to sign-off, thank you.

From start to finish, the whole process of planning, installing and now generating from my 18 panel solar system was seamless. Lewis, Ryan, Saskia provided great support planning the system, whilst Tom, Dan and the team cracked on and had the installation completed without any fuss within a day and a half. A special mention to the Net-Eco scaffolders who in particular had the scaffolding down before the arrival of Storm Darragh. Well done guys.

They were great from start to finish. Sales team was very helpful and installation took half the time advised. Been really happy with the results.
Glad to have used a local company.

From when Lewis came to the house it felt as if we were dealing with a good company, after the install team we were wrong in our initial assessment they are an excellent company.
The install team and electrical installation team were possibly the best we have encountered for many years at home and in work contacts. We would recommend them to everyone. Top notch service
Still ver impressed with everything they did

After some complications due to issues with our building Net Eco changed the plans and communicated in a clear and concise way. Once we had agreed the install they arrived, they fitted and they went in a timely and controlled manner. Add to that they were friendly too! They did what they said they would with very little fuss and most importantly without any disruption to our business!

Lewis & the team at Net Eco did a really good job, especially with the after job service.

From the sales rep to the admin lady to the panel installation guys and then the "sparkies" who did the finer electrical connections - all were very professional. They did what they promised when they promised. We are more than happy with the result.

The Net-Eco team provided excellent service throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to the installation of our solar array and battery combo. Their knowledgeable onsite team ensured a seamless, efficient installation and were on-time, respectful, and dedicated to solving problems late into the evening. We highly recommend Net-Eco for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Net-Eco!

I chose Net-Eco because they understood my requirements and offered a system that I was happy with, which I think really shows they're passionate about decarbonising our electricity system in the most economical way possible. I'm a fan of the simplicity of string inverters over microinverters and they delivered and installed the right mixture of tech and optimisers needed for my project. In addition it was a quick and efficient installation with no issues.

We were really impressed with the knowledge and explanations at our first meeting. The recommendation was superb and we were happy with the price. The install team were fantastic, the guys on the roof polite and friendly. The electricians fantastic , so much had to happen in doors ( in our loft) . However we are incredibly pleased. Electric cost come down to just a £1 a day and most of that is service charge and before first light. Exporting loads to the grid. Support team great. Big shout out for Saskia!

After consulting several other solar companies, NetEco were refreshing in that they did not offer any male cow excrement! No wild promises, no "oohs" and "aahs". Quoted a great price, and did the work on the day that they said they would. Excellent team, on the day, just got on with their work. Polite and efficient. Is it working? We are down from an average £3.50 per day electric cost, to somewhere under £1.
