Our scope of work ranges from the installation of all types of commercial and residential plumbing, to underfloor heating and renewable energy solutions, as well as annual servicing on all types of heat pumps, and a full post-installation commissioning service. We are fully conversant with the Government Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and can offer practical and meaningful advice gained over numerous field installations in order to propose workable solutions. Whilst our main scope of work is in the installation of plumbing, underfloor heating and renewable energy, maintenance work is always an important consideration. We are very proud to be MCS accredited, certifying us as a low-carbon contractor in the renewable field. Spearheading the Renewables Servicing department is Matt Heath, who over his 18 years in the industry, has gained a wealth of experience and technical knowledge on servicing and maintaining renewable heating solutions. Alongside Matt is a strong team of professionals who work to ensure that our clients’ heating systems are working at their best.

No Show, No Response, Took My Money
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After booking an appointment (16/02) and paying in advance (21/01), nobody showed up. Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times and sent several emails, but there has been absolutely no response.
No one answers the phone, and emails go completely ignored. At this point, it feels like they’ve simply taken my money and disappeared. I’m starting to wonder if they are even still in business.

Absolutely brilliant customer service…

I requested repairs and annual service for my boiler and underfloor heating system from New Heat. They were very responsive to my e-mails and phone calls. There were no hidden costs. Every job was explained in detail. Gemma, the renewables advisor who handled my case, was brilliant. Matt, the engineer who provided the service, is very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I think he is the best engineer I have worked with. Thank you

Great service
I was sent an email confirming my appointment and then sent a message when the engineer was on his way so I knew exactly when to expect him. Matt was very polite and courteous, took his shoes off when entering the house and carried out the service. He gave an explanation as to why I might have been experiencing problems. Ten out of ten service! Thank you

I used this company for our ASHP installation, all went really well and very knowledgeable company.
Last week Matt came and serviced the unit after 1 yr of use. Again no surprises, he thought us a few tips and further optimised the configurations.

Brilliant service from New Heat
Brilliant service from New Heat. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our Air Source Heat Pump and UFH system has worked flawlessly since installation and it’s first year service has found no problems. System programmed to lower temperature to save energy. Recommended.

Annual System Inspection

The company are always at the end of…
The company are always at the end of the phone, very helpful, engineer is always prompt and nothing is too much for them. This is the first home where we have this type of heating and it is brilliant - would never go back to a conventional boiler again .. love my heat pump heating.
