The experience with Newbusiness was not good. First, I was notified by the company after I was informed that my application was complete. Second, the web site would not allow me to upload the driver's license and therefore, I had to contact a representative. Fortunately, Courtney helped out. These are not good business practices.

I was a little confused at first when I filed, but their customer service is awesome. Chris Houser walked me through it step by step and I was able to complete my BOI in a timely fashion. Thanks Chris!
