I was misled by the website. I thought that I was entering the State of NJ site. The link said "Online Filing-NJ Secretary of State". I ended up paying an additional $125 to file a document that I entered all the info myself. For me this was a ripoff. Be careful.

This is my first time being self employed and I can’t thank Cassidy enough. She explained everything to me and helped me get the correct information, such great service and she even answered my questions at a later stage . Really good customer service , thank you Cassidy again

I was trying to register my business directly through the Oregon Secretary of State website, when I was redirected to this company without realizing I was no longer on the state website. I followed the process and ended up paying $225, instead of the $100 that the state charges through their site. I was only able to get $50 back, after calling their customer service number to cancel the transaction - which means that this company took $75 from me for doing nothing, since I did all the actual filing. Watch what you click - this company does nothing that you can’t do yourself and has a deceptive site that appears to be the state filing site.

The service offered by newbusinessfilling.org made my experience with starting a business amazing. I was notified of an issue with my paperwork the day after its submission. The paper work was filed after a short conversation. I received all of my required documents from the state by the end of business the same day. The company representative I spoke with was named Joe. He answered all the questions I had with detailed information. This service is professional,expedient, and worth every penny.

OVERPRICED They charged me an extra $90 to file my annual business report. When I put in the web address for my state filing their company came up and I thought I was on my state sight, Basically they charge $90 to forward your filing form to your state. What a rip off. Be sure you are on your state web site!!!
