Just love using Aqua. They originally accepted me with a poor credit rating and I’ve used them ever since. The app is so easy to use and when you make a payment it’s immediately shown on your balance... Toon meer

Aqua has been so good. The app is easy to use. If I do use abit more on my card you do have the minimum payment + recommended extra payment. Now when this does happen it can be abit of a shock when u see the full amount. But you can just pay the minimum. But paying the Boosted payment really does help you clear your balance faster +more chance of getting offered a higher balance to use. Ive had about 4 increase balance offers you can accept or decline. Been so happy with the Aqua card and been a better rate than others out there.

As long as you make payments on time you can improve your credit score,its a good card and very flexible have never had aproblem and you can use it anywhere

Since taking over from argos theyve been absolutely awful. They did not take my direct debit despite saying they would. This resulted in a missed payment so I just paid it all off and told them to close the account.
Ive now received an email asking for another payment. I cant get through to them so I just decided to pay to get rid of them but I cant, the app won't let me. Unable to talk to anyone and chat is not working.
Absolutely awful.
Edited to say- thank you for the automated/cut and paste reply. If you bothered to read the review then you would have seen that I stated I cannot get through to you via chat or phone.

Dear NewDay Finance,
I am writing regarding the APR currently applied to my account.
I have maintained my account responsibly, made payments on time, and continue to demonstrate good credit behaviour. Following discussions and guidance relating to responsible lending and customer treatment within the UK financial sector, I believe it is reasonable for long-standing customers with positive account history to have their interest rates periodically reviewed.
Given my payment history and responsible use of credit, I would like NewDay to formally review my APR and consider whether a reduction would now be appropriate.
I would appreciate written confirmation that my account has been reassessed and an explanation of the outcome of that review. if you believe they are not treating customers fairly or not properly reviewing accounts.

Made a payment early to my account and being penalized what a bunch of jokers ???!!!I don't know why argos changed.Apprently since the new change it has changed my payment date to cause this issue I am not happy and want you to pay through a bloody app I am tired of using apps I will not let this issue ruin my patience with customer service everything now extremely poor... Awful 😞And I can see most people are complaining about the same issue I am very angry I will sort out the account as soon as possible and close it they are not doing a good job so far with the change over customer service lacking as so many people have complained about the same issue I raised this is how people go elsewhere to use other services...it is a shame argos is no longer in control of this matter.

I’ve been with Marbles a long time I found them a great credit card better than my other card m! I had an issue which need assistance they could not have been better they helped me my problem and gave updates they where kind and caring and I found they always gave great rates after initial high rates offers are reasonable I like and recommend the card payment are easy I pay on time through the bank occasionally I pay through the month if I spend a lot as 2nd payment service is great and statements clear to read I recommend

They’ve taken over the Argos store card which used to work flawlessly.
These guys are terrible! Changed payment terms to 25 days meaning that all the direct debits which people set up will now be leaving the account earlier when they don’t have the money!
Also changed accounts to minimum payment, no doubt so they can make more money on APR charges but ‘hey, you’re paying less every month now right’
In my opinion, this behaviour falls far short of a trusted and ethical lender!
