First I got a promo course for 1$ only. Then the System accidently made another subscription that I didn't order. I phone my bank and the bank told me to close mu credit card. The NewGrowPath company founder Mr. Jones email me to apologize for the System error and promise to refund the accidental order PLUS a special bonus to access other courses for free. Miss Anna, Customer Manager help to take care of the bonus, which worth much more than the accidental order. I am satisfied with this solution. Thank you all.

It is a scam. You pay for a 19 USD course, presented as one-time payment lifetime-access and they charge you 79 USD a week later for a subscription that you never willingly signed up for. They hide it in a 7-day free-trial, that they automatically sign you up for. They hide the info about the charge under several recommandations and ads. It is even hard to find when you specifically look for it. They have built the website around unexpected charges for sure.

Be very careful with the subscription

I purchased a knee exercise course from NewGrowPath for $9. The course itself was useful, and I had no issue with the content.

The problem was the way the subscription was handled. I was subsequently charged for a monthly membership that I did not knowingly agree to. The emails and purchase confirmation I received clearly presented my purchase as a $9 course, and I did not see a clear indication that I was signing up for a recurring monthly subscription.

When I contacted them to cancel the charge, instead of simply refunding it, they initially tried to offer me lifetime access to the platform in exchange for keeping the money they had charged.

I eventually received a full refund, but I still think potential customers should be very careful and check exactly what they are signing up for.

For me, this felt like a “try it and see if the customer notices” approach to subscriptions, and that is not a business practice I am comfortable with.

The course may be useful, but I would be very cautious about purchasing from this company.

Anna was very accommodating and so easy to talk with. The issue was well taken cared of.

Once the company became aware of my dispute via email, I received a refund right away to my credit card. Even though there was an error in their part, they recognize the problem and immediately amend it. Thank you.

Bought a course for 19$ and was automatically charged 79$ 3 months in a row…noticed this too late. Be aware.

Immediate responses to my emails and a willingness to consider my requests about a subscription by Sam and Anna

Scam. I signed up for one one-off course for $19 and they automatically signed me up for a $79/month subscription.

Total scammers. I emailed to cancel my subscription, (since I could not find this option online) and to be refunded for the unused service of July. They indeed refunded me, but previously they re-charged me for a month of service!

Scammers. Signed up for their platform but made sure I cancelled straight after. They even emailed me to say my account was cancelled and then the obvious auto renewal occurs. Don’t trust them
