Newquay Cab Reviews

Very efficient stress free experience. Kept me updated and driver arrived 5 mins early.

We used Newquay Cab for three trips across a weekend for a wedding. All our drivers (Andrea, Alexander and Roxanna) were polite, professional and prompt, and we were kept informed of arrival times by text and email, which was very helpful. The cars were clean and well-driven - highly recommend.

Excellent communication with the company and the drivers were prompt and really knowledgeable about the area

We had Jay pick us up for 2 days. Such an awesome driver. Safe and very helpful. Suggested many places around Newquay. Definitely recommend.

Very professional from booking to completion of our ride. Confirmation of driver (Roxana) and car when on the way, early arrival for pick up. Nice clean car, friendly driver. Thanks for a great experience.

Very impressed with the service.
Marton is a complete gentleman.

Always use Newquay Cab when we visit Newquay and we’ve never been let down. Great communications via email and text and driver arrived promptly. Conscientious driving and pleasant journey.

I used service over summer in Cornwall. Great staff!

Fantastic from start to finish. Easy to contact and very responsive with competitive pricing. Good communication and arrived as expected. Driver was very polite, chatty and great driver too. Can not recommend highly enough, as I (almost) never use taxis etc, a great experience.

Excellent service provided on four occasions.Would definitely recommend Alexander and Newquay Cab.

Marton was great, was early for the pick up and there waiting when we arrived off the plane. Great service.

Excellent service Andrea met us at the airport and was really friendly . A great start to our holiday . Thank you Andrea

Newquay Cab taxis have been very accommodating to our needs . We changed numbers and changed for an earlier time and was very straight forward. Great to get a text when our taxi was in the way . Will definitely use in the future .

Nathan tried to undermine me in the taxi but I was still polte

Polite on the phone when I rang for her for the taxi. Arrived on time and was helpful. I’m very chatty. Was really nice to have a lady driver.

We used this taxi several times and the driver was always on time if not early and was always very polite and professional. At one point one of the drivers let us choose our own music to play which greatly pleased us as teenage girls so we had a blast :)
