The courier has collected my parcel and not taken it to the collection point. They have had it since 22/4/26
Im sure they have stolen it.
Customer service is non existent.

Lost my parcel !!! Will not be using again .
First time using Relay and will not be using again . I have removed the option for buyers on my Vinted app. I dropped a parcel at my local pick up point, didnt hear anything, no update but tracking code created . 10 days later the buyer asked if I had posted the item !!! I looked into it and the tracking just said parcel lost in transit !! This has never happened with In-post or Evri and I have been using them for years . Tried contacting Relay , no reply back . So where’s the parcel, can’t just disappear. Dreadful service and terrible customer service to match .
If I could give them a minus star…
If I could give them a minus star rating would be appreceated. Every other postal service seems to find the correct door but this one drops everything half a mile up the road. Incorrect house name and number on over 4 occasions. I would not mind if this was my next door or the door three doors up but where they left it was in a house that was locked up and inaccessable.

Shocking service. Deserved 0 stars. Never heard of this company before and my first experience was a joke. Quick to send emails and WhatsApp messages but cannot speak to anyone. Was given a time window to expect my delivery. This passed, then received another email (at 8:30pm on a Sunday) to state it would be delivered ‘today’ but was now re scheduled to be given to the driver again?! When trying to contact for help, all the website kept showing was not to complain until the next day as they deliver up to 10pm. My parcel still didn’t come.

Shouldn’t even be a thing, deliverers who work for relay WILL leave your parcel in the nearest corner that they can find outside your door. As in, they’ll leave it out in the open, for it to be potentially taken or stolen. Reallyyy do hate when I order something online and find out it’s being delivered by this “company”
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with this courier. My parcel has been lost, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have received nothing but automated responses with no real support or accountability.
There has been zero effort to properly investigate or resolve the issue, which is incredibly frustrating. It feels like once something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.
I trusted this service to handle my delivery responsibly, and they have completely failed. I would not recommend using them if you actually care about your parcels arriving safely.

I didnt know who relay are this delivery man came and just lefted my parcel in my postbox not on they are supposed to bring it to your door and handed it to you. Wish delivery people had some common sense but then they dont.

Poor. Left in a smelly bin that had 3 bin bag in it. When a porch with a letter box 6 feet away they could have delivered it too making less likely to get stolen, smell or chewed by mice that sometimes find thier way to my bin box. Lazy

I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I had the choice.
If anything goes wrong with your delivery, do not expect to reach a human being. The website is an endless loop of "helpful articles" designed specifically to prevent you from speaking to anyone. There is no contact telephone number, which is a massive red flag for any reputable business.
When you finally break through to a contact form, the system forces you back to the same irrelevant articles you’ve already dismissed. If you try to bypass them, the site often wipes your data, forcing you to start the entire tedious process again. Has anyone at this company actually tested this journey? It is an exercise in absolute stupidity.
The Delivery Failures:
I have just endured three consecutive failed deliveries. On every occasion, I was sat at home waiting, yet the tracking claimed a delivery attempt was made. Whether the drivers are faking the attempts or going to the wrong address, I have no way of knowing because there is no one to talk to.
The Lack of Logic:
It is staggering that a company would choose to waste petrol, van space, and man-hours on repeated failed attempts rather than providing a simple phone line to rectify the issue. You are throwing money away through sheer incompetence.
Final Verdict:
In a world where I can simply walk into a shop and speak to a person, why would anyone tolerate this? The lack of oversight is shocking; staff can claim anything, drop parcels anywhere, and the customer is left with zero recourse. This is an utterly unregulated, poorly managed, and nonsense way to run a business.
Disrespectful
Delivery was on time, but the guy who delivered the package took my picture without my permission. As soon as I opened the door he immediately took my picture. This is very disrespectful and against privacy.
Avoid like the plague
Three parcels ordered using relay for delivery, all on different days. Not 1 arrived to my address. I cannot stress enough, use any other courier than these

Parcel delivery was never attempted and has been marked as returning to sender for 3 weeks. Terrible service, wish Vinted would stop using them

The most unreliable delivery service!! Waited in all day for a package then to only have been delayed in delivery I can tell you all stay well away from relay delivery I will never ever use their service again!!!!!!!! Horrendous no contact number, no human to talk too what an absolute sham!!!!

Obviously unclaimed profile since most reviews say the same thing. Had multiple bad experiences, the last one was the worst, my parcel was lost and there's 'nothing they can do'

I can't believe large companies like ASOS use this awful delivery service.
They are quite literally impossible to contact when there is inevitably a problem.
They don't hit delivery deadlines, and they don't seem to care about hitting them.
There is no point paying for 'next day delivery' if Relay is going to be the courier - it's a waste of money.

I honestly wouldn’t even give this delivery company a single star if that were an option. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a courier service.
For five straight days, my parcel has supposedly been “out for delivery,” yet no attempt has actually been made to deliver it. No knock at the door, no missed delivery note, nothing. Just the same recycled updates with zero action behind them. It feels like the tracking system is completely meaningless.
Customer service hasn’t helped either—vague responses, no accountability, and no clear explanation of what’s going on. It’s incredibly disappointing to be left waiting day after day with no real progress or communication.
At this point, it’s not just an inconvenience—it’s a complete failure of service. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you actually want your parcel delivered.
