Nightmare company idicating delivery when its not left china! absolutely appallingl
Confusing app too

Parcel thrown over my front gate into the mud. Public footpath 1m from gate. My open Front porch just 20m from gate - a small 20 second walk. If this type of delivery normal, would definitely not recommend Relay Delivery Service.5th

Customer service over run, automated response back to say they receive my query and no further correspondence. Vinted parcel has vanished and no updates what so ever made to wait a month for it to be investigated and which is no use to me nor my buyer.! Awful service and its the 3rd parcel now this has happened to. No updates on vinted as ordered do not update..and then randomly turns up. Just poor service you need to rethink your business model and quickly before it damages you even more.! Will not be using again as I know many others won't be either

Shocking how slow the service is

I don't want to rate even one star. 2 of my deliveries were very late and they lost of my parcel. One arrives after 24 days of the delivery date. I mean worse experience and worse service i ever seen in uk.

Rubbish service….hand to resident or leave in a safe place….as Jim Royle would say “my arse”. Parcel was left in FULL view of path / road….even had the nerve to take two photos, one of the path where main picture was taken from showing parcel. Avoid like the plague…a truly ‘cowboy service’ as proved by their ‘reviews’ on all platforms. Only lucky my neighbour had seen it had not been taken in and removed it to stop it being stolen

The worst courier service I ever received from. When I buy anything now, I look to see if the courier is Relay and AVOID.
It should not be this stressful receiving parcels
Get your act together Relay or change your name to DELAY, waiting 3 weeks to receive a parcel is pathetic

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

I’ve now had two parcels stolen on two separate occasions, and I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still allowed to operate.

If you’re not home, the delivery driver takes a photo of the parcel being held outside your door, marks it as delivered, and then the parcel mysteriously disappears. This has now happened to me twice.

Trying to contact the company is an absolute nightmare. None of the contact buttons on their website seem to work, and when you finally manage to get through via email, they simply stop responding and ignore your messages.

To make matters worse, there doesn’t appear to be a physical address where you can go to resolve these issues in person.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Having read reviews I was expecting the worse BUT I found the service amazing, I had lots of updates, there is also track my parcel if further updates are needed. The driver was on time, polite and the bonus was he closed my gate

If there is a place where I wish to see this company to end it would be hell.
They just reach a 100% of failure. I got 10+ shipments going in or out and not even one has been delivered on time.
2 being lost, 3 delayed for over 2 weeks, 1 driver took to a wrong adress ( i have been lucky it goes to the person I know ). It's completely unacceptable to not even try to met any standards as for the shipping company.
One good thing from the bottom it's easy way to improve, however there needs to be a will to do so.
Honestly the worst shipping company I have to dealt with. As long as they are so unreliable I would not use them anymore and it's such a shame I am forced to use their services by Vinted etc.

Relay switched my vinted item over during transportation and my buyer received a totally different item to what I sent at a much lesser value. I've had no communication whatsoever from Relay and now my funds are still being held by Vinted over the matter. Stay clear - I've never had this problem with other shipping providers!

I have 8 Vinted parcels that are now stuck on 'On it's way', some dating back for weeks. I have had no response from Relay and have tried contacting them various ways. SUPER unhappy as some of the new items were to be Christmas gifts.

Over the last couple of weeks Ive had parcels via Relay and three times there’s been a mix up. This time it’s been delivered to a Newsagents I don’t even know. Gave me a name that doesn’t exist. No QR code just an address, after searching for some time found it under different name. Shops please don’t use them.

I bought an item on Vinted - seller posted it on 27 October, tracking wasn’t updated to reflect that so I contacted Relay customer services on 30 October and a couple of days later tracking was updated to say the parcel is delayed. Now on 4 November there is no further update and the parcel still hasn’t arrived. Vinted have cancelled the order - I still want the item but who knows where it is and the seller is out of pocket. Relay’s tracking doesn’t work, they don’t respond to customer service enquiries and they don’t actually deliver parcels so not really a parcel delivery service. I will NEVER use them again.

I dropped my 2 parcels 5 days ago. Still hasn’t been collected , no updates provided
No contact from Relay to explain why it was delayed
I contacted them and had a standard acknowledgement reply
I will not use this service again

Instead of any automation or any system. Collecting my package was put in the hands of a man with a handwritten notebook of about 30 pages with scribbled letters in no real order, of which he would slowly flick through looking for my random selection of scribbled letters. It queue took so long, although arriving at 9pm I can only imagine they were still eating breakfast at the front.

This company is sincerely run by complete and utter imbeciles and Cowboys.

15 parcels still missing/outstanding and not one single response received from an email or contact form submission to them.

If you haven’t read all the reviews about this company make sure you do before making the mistake of using them.

Rude, incompetent, no customer services contact available, for buyers/sellers or the shops where the items are supposed to be delivered to. No one knows if they are legit, gone bust or what is going on but have Contacted consumer Focus and trading standards are already investigating them with multiple complaints pending.

I wouldn’t have gave it a star rating but had to so I could write my review.
Company is a joke late deliveries and they don’t read instructions. Had 3 deliveries in the past latest one today leaving parcels outside main door to a block of flats parcels being taken. I told them if not in leave with neighbour don’t leave outside doors as getting taken and what have they done yet again left outside neighbours door not even knocked on my door or left parcel there. Disgusting service if there the couriers that ever deliver anything I’m buying I just won’t buy 😤

The order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday the 01.11.2026, i left instructions to leave it in front of the door. They sent a text that delivery in front of the door was unsuccessful. Then another text they will deliver on 03.11.2026 but they have now disappeared with the order. Scam company

Driver left the parcel on my neighbours doorstep then took a picture of the door without the parcel and said it was behind their bin!! It wasnt left behind the bin!
